Assessment And Development Countermeasures Of Landscape Resources Of Peng'an National Forest Park In Sichuan

Sichuan Peng'an National Forest Park(hereinafter referred to as “Forest Park”)is located in Peng'an County,Nanchong City,Sichuan Province.It was established in2017 and has an operating area of 3750.04hm2,of which:1902.30hm2 in Baiyunzhai Scenic Area;and 1.74hm2 in Shishizhai Scenic Area..Forest Park has beautiful scenery resources,abundant human resources,convenient transportation,and good location advantages.Through on-site investigation,this paper has reviewed a large amount of domestic and foreign related literature and materials based on a comprehensive understanding of the quality of landscape resources,regional environment and development and utilization conditions of forest parks,combined with previous research experience and achievements,according to the China Forest Park Landscape Resources and Ratings.The Provisions(GB/T18005-1999)finally selected qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to evaluate the quality of forest landscape resources,regional environment and development and utilization conditions,and proposed development strategies.The results of the study are as follows:(1)The forest park landscape resources,regional environment and development and utilization condition scores were 25.1,9.5 and 8 respectively.The comprehensive evaluation of the park's landscape resources was 42.6 points,which reached the first-class standard in the assessment hierarchy.(2)Problems in the development of forest parks:Some trees and shrubs and bushes have poor landscape effects;landscape heterogeneity is low;forests are monotonous and their seasonal changes are relatively small;basic service facilities are not well-developed;Technical talents;lack of investment in development,single and homogenized products;inadequate investment in tourism funds;not well-known.(3)Measures for the development of forest parks:Vegetation allocation on the dotted line;Increasing the proportion of broad-leaved forests and coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forests;Forest transformation,increasing the richness of forest types;Increasing the establishment of aromatic plants and other health-promoting tree species;Perfecting road traffic,water supply and drainage Construction,power supplyconstruction,communications,radio and television and Internet engineering,tourism safety protection systems and facilities construction;build a complete management mechanism system,increase the talent introduction and training;build characteristic tourism products,seek for differentiated development;clearly define the development orientation,and The development of new types of investment platforms to enrich the sources of funding;the promotion of forest parks and the promotion of awareness within and across the province.
