Phyllostachys praecox is a fine bamboo species in small diameter bamboo in China.It originated in Ling'an,Anji and Yuhang of Zhejiang.It has been widely cultivated in many provinces in the south of China,and Ya'an introduced the Phyllostachys praecox in 2009.At present,most of the operators in China suffer from excessive fertilization or improper mulching.Selenium,as a necessary trace element in human body,is generally low in natural food.The use of selenium-enriched fertilizer to strengthen selenium in plants has proven to be a safe,low-cost,efficient,and convenient means of selenium enrichment and selenium supplementation.In this study,the mulching?hull 20cm+chicken manure 5cm?and selenium fertilizer?20mL 2g/L Na2SeO3?were treated in the bamboo shoot in Ya'an Caoba town.Selected the mulching in 2015?A?,mulching in 2016?B?and without mulching in 2015 and 2016?CK?as plot,and corresponding external application of selenium?ASe,BSe and CKSe?.Rhizome morphology,rhizome and root nutrients,soil enzyme activity,bamboo shoot emergence and selenium content in bamboo shoots were studied.The results are as follows:?1?Mulching can reduce the total length of bamboo rhizome.Mulching or selenium will increase the rhizome diameter and internode length of rhizome.Selenium fertilizer can increase the number of total buds and shoots,and significantly increase the content of selenium in the bamboo rhizome?P<0.05?.The accumulation of selenium in the edge of the bamboo rhizome is higher than that in the base of the bamboo rhizome.Covering?2?Mulching contributes to N accumulation and different mulching years will affect the soil nutrient change in Phyllostachys praecox forest.After applying selenium fertilizer,the biomass of fine roots will be affected.The fine root growth will be inhibited in winter,and the fine root growth will be promoted in spring.?3?There was no obvious change in soil catalase in the mulching treatment,and the soil invertase activity was significantly higher in the prenatal period than in the shootout period?P<0.05?.Mulching can increase soil enzyme activity continuously.Soil enzyme activity was sensitive to selenium reaction.Selenium application generally increased soil enzyme activity and significantly increased soil urease activity in early stage of bamboo shoot?P<0.05?.?4?Selenium application can significantly increase the selenium content of bamboo shoots?P<0.05?,and the increase range is 2741 times.The selenium content and fresh bamboo shoot yield were the largest with mulching and selenium?BSe?.The selenium content is 0.3850.493 mg/kg and the yield is 2187 kg/mu..?5?Selenium application can increase the correlation between the base of the bamboo rhizome and the Se content of the edge,and reached a very significant?P<0.01?,but it would reduce the N and K correlation between the base of the bamboo rhizome and the edge.It is suggested that the application of selenium?single plant 20mL 2g/L Na2SeO3?and the mulching?hull 20cm+chicken manure 5cm?in the production to improve bamboo yield and shoot selenium content.
