| Dairy products are rich in nutrients,as people’s increasing demand for dairy products,dairy products quality and safety level is gradually concerned by people.Quality of raw milk is the decisive factors in the quality and safety of dairy products.The present situation of fresh milk production quality in Shanxi province was analyzed in this paper.The quality of fresh milk production in Shaanxi province was evaluated and its influencing factors were analyzed by studying the changes of dairy cow stock,fresh milk price,dairy cow variety improvement and fresh milk nutrition level.At the same time,by sampling fresh milk from middle area of Shanxi province,the effect of the scale and production season of dairy cow breeding cooperatives on the total number of bacteria in fresh milk was evaluated.Last but not least,some suggestions were put forward to improve the quality of fresh milk production in Shanxi province.1.By analysizing of raw milk production data of Shanxi province from 2013 to 2016,the results show that dairy cattle stock in middle area of Shanxi province accounts for 95.6% of the total dairy cattle stock in Shanxi province,and is mainly raised by farmers and cooperatives.From 2013 to 2016,the output of liquid milk in Shanxi province was lower than the annual average.At the same time,the import volume of improved cattle species in China is decreasing year by year.As the price of fresh milk drops in recent years,some dairy farmers choose to withdraw from the dairy farming market.2.The fat content of fresh milk in Shanxi province is higher than the national average,the protein content is the same as the national average,and the somatic cell content is lower than the national average.Therefore,it is speculated that the quality nutrition level of fresh milk in Shanxi province and the health status of cows are better than the national average.3.The factors which influence the fresh milk industry in Shanxi province including: the quality of the cowshed environment,the varieties of dairy cows,the scientific ration of dairy cows,milking operation,diseases and epidemics,acquisition process and incentive mechanism.4.The total number of bacteria in 270 fresh milk samples was analyzed,and the results showed that 94.8% of fresh milk samples met the national standard.In the cooperation mode of dairy farming,the total number of colonies in fresh milk produced by medium scale farms(100-199 heads)is less than that of small scale farms(10-99 heads)and large scale farms(200-499 heads).The total number of bacteria in fresh milk produced in summer was higher than that in spring and autumn.5.To optimize level of the quality of fresh milk production in Shanxi province,there are some suggest: Popularize moderate and standard breed mode,select and breed excellent cow breeds,improve the dairy feeding environment,support the transformation and upgrading of modern dairy industry in Shanxi province with DHI,strengthens training and improves the construction of talent team of practitioners,strengthen training and improve the ranks of professionals. |
