Study On Application Of New Production Technology Of Non - Polluted Apple In Shanxi Province

As the demand for high-quality fruit is strong, the fruit advanced production technology have been used to put forward higher requirements. Apple as the fruit of mass consumption, its yield and quality directly affects the level and quality of people’s life. Access to statistical yearbook of Shanxi Province, investigation of the application status in different areas of apple cultivation techniques and the existing problems, and use the method which combined data analysis and application examples, the feasibility and applicability, show the demand of partition technology of the apple main producing areas. Combined with the new technique, such as apple pollination, fruit bagging, orchard grass etc, this study offer some guidance for pollution-free high quality apple production in Shanxi.Accordingly, the main conclusion of the study are as follows:First, in the production of technical measures, to transform the tree structure to have high photosynthetic efficiency, to improve water and fertilizer use efficiency and scientific fertilization, water-saving irrigation, advocate orchard grass to reduce the water evaporation and concentration of organic matter. Second, in the physical control technology, application on bagging skill and physical trapping technique. Third, use of the pheromone actively, scientific and rational application of pesticides, and constantly improve the construction of prevention and control system of diseases and pests.
