Agricultural mechanization is an important factor of agricultural modernization and an important means to promote efficient agriculture.China is the world's largest grain consuming countryand rice is the staple food of most people in our country,so the rice planting area in our country is great,which is about 30 millionhm2,accounting for about 40% of the total grain crop area,28.2% of the total rice planting area in the world.During the growth of rice,the disease and the insect disaster often occur,and it is necessary to work frequently in the paddy field.However,most of the current study of the plant protection machinery in China is suitable for dry fields.If working in the paddy field,people simply change the paddy field wheels and enter the paddy field.This will not only greatly reduce work efficiency,but also bring about problems such as slipping and sinking,and even there will be no advance because of insufficient propulsion.Based on this situation,my paper is to improve the structure on the basis of the current plant protection machinery in the paddy field in China,and design the driving and steering system of the car in detail.In terms of structural design,after determining the improvement scheme,the three-dimensional drawing software is used to draw various views of the car,the vehicle bridge and the wheels of the chassis are optimized to avoid the rolling of the wheels on the seedlings,and the stability,balance and turning radius of the car are optimized and analyzed in many aspects to ensure that the self driving vehicle can work normally and smoothly in the paddy fields.In terms of driving system,a more flexible layout,more accurate transmission,more stable work and more convenient hydraulic drive are used to realize the walking and steering of the car.A complete hydraulic system diagram is drawn and explained in detail.According to the actual working conditions,the hydraulic pump,hydraulic cylinder,hydraulic motor,tank,oil tank,etc.Oil pipes and other components are calculated and checked,and their rationality is checked,and finally the type selection is made.The various indexes of the self driving hydraulic system are calculated,and the rationality of the self driving design is checked repeatedly.After completing all the improved design of the paddy field management and self-propelled vehicle,Jilin Agricultural Machinery Research Institute introduced related equipments,processed and produced,and finally successfully assembled the prototype.After the prototype assembly is completed,the experiment was carried out in different experimental fields,the performance of the prototype was tested,and the rationality and feasibility of the paper design were verified through practice.Finally,it is concluded that the improved design of this paper is feasible,and the prospect of the design of the water field management self-propelled car in our country is prospected.
