Northeast soda saline-alkaline land is one of the main types of saline-alkaline land in China,with a total area of 5 million hectares,of which moderate and severe salinization and alkalinization land accounts for 67.4%.It has great strategic significance to the construction of ecological civilization in saline-alkaline fragile areas,the increase of land area with suitable tillage and the national ecological security that the study on ecological management of soda saline-alkaline land in Northeast China.Combining with the key technology research and integration demonstration project of the Northeast soda saline-alkaline land ecological management,this paper carries out the experimental research on the engineering equipment of the soda saline-alkaline land renovation project,which explores the comprehensive treatment model combining the precise application of chemical improver with the mechanized deep loosening operation.And it also explores a new method for the large area and regional improvement of soda saline alkali land,which provides theoretical and technical support for the research of the equipment and supporting technology of the soda saline-alkaline land remediation project.In this paper,it is tested in the field that 5 kinds of deep loosening components,straight column,partial column type,mixed mix type,circular arc type and rat road expansion type based on the technical requirements for the ecological treatment of saline-alkaline land in Northeast China.And it is optimized that the structure form of deep loosening components suitable for the ecological treatment of soda saline-alkaline land.According to the characteristics of soda saline alkali land,it is carried out that the selection of chemical improver.The basic model of the improvement and renovation of soda saline alkali land is deduced by combining the indoor simulation test and the trial production of the simulated prototype.And it is also studied and explored that the further improvement and upgrading of the deep loosening machine under this model.The contents and conclusions of the study are as follows:1.It is tested and optimized that 5 different types of key components of better sales and high utilization ratio selected through the search of agricultural machinery sales website,inspection and telephone consultation of agricultural machinery dealers and visiting the surrounding saline alkali areas farmers to learn about.2.It is selected that the form of subsoiling machine through experiments,which is made of "B type self-made subsoiling frame + cutting blade + arc shovel with an arrow front + bottle shaped mouse road expansion device".The mean value of pH after operation is 0.25,and the conductivity decrease is 0.41 ms / cm^(-1).3.As for the selection of chemical modifiers and the determination of appropriate amount,after indoor experiments,when the amount of aluminum sulfate is 6 per thousand of soil dry weight,the mean decrease of pH value is about 2 units.By this means,it can be better realized that the chemical improvement of saline-alkaline land.4.According to the physical and chemical characteristics of aluminum sulfate,it is carried out that the exploration and research of aluminum sulfate premix as chemical modifier combined with mechanical subsoiler.In the improvement of the subsoiling parts and the physical phenomena of using the "surface cooling" air intake technology in life,it is designed by using the temperature difference of the liquid that the self moistening and drag reduction shovel.5.Combined with the above research conclusion,it is designed a modifier spraying and self moistening drag reduction subsoiler suited for soda saline-alkaline land.And the model machine is maded.6.According to modern technology such as variable fertilization and precision agriculture,it is arranged on the simulated model machine that the automatic control elements such as flow governor and temperature controller,which provides theoretical basis and technical support for precision and variable improvement of soda saline-alkaline land.7.According to the relevant conclusions of the study and the specific composition of the equipment,the model of "compound operation" is deduced to improve and renovate the soda saline-alkaline land,and the organic fusion of the model and the current advanced science and technology is explored to improve the progressiveness,systematicness and efficiency of the improvement for the soda saline-alkaline land.
