Lespedeza daurica and Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea are both leguminous shrubs, which mainly distributed in Northeast China,Inner Mongolia,Shandong and other provinces. In recent years,it has been studied in medical, edible, environmental repair, genetic diversity and species classification,However, there is not much research on comparative anatomy. In this paper, the roots, stems and leaves of Lespedeza dauricia and Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea were selected as the main research objects. The paraffin section technique and electron microscopy scanning technology were used to systematically study the anatomical structure of the anatomy, discuss the relationship between the structure and its habitat and analyze Its ecological adaptability. The main results as follows:1.The anatomical characteristics of leavesThe two kinds of plant leaves are both heterohedral leaves. The vessue cells are irregular type with two guard cells.and deep stomatal concave. For these two plants, the number of upper epidermis stomatal was larger than that of lower epidermal stomatal. The upper epidermis has no epidermis, and the lower epidermis has a large number of epidermis. The leaf tissue structure of two species is almost the same as 40%,and the proportion of porosity of two species is almost the same as 45%.Most of the two palisade tissue layers are 1-2 layer. The test results of other indicators of Lespedeza daurica leaves are different from that of Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea and are all larger than the latter. The epidermal stomatal density of Lespedeza daurica leaves is larger than that of Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea.The stomatal density of upper epidermis of Lespedeza daurica was 277 /mm2.The density of Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea of upper epidermal stomata was 190 /mm2.The stomatal density of Lespedeza daurica of the lower epidermis was 25 /mm2,The stomatal density of Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea of the lower epidermis was 20/mm2.Heby gate: Lespedeza daurica ratio is 86%.Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea ratio is 71%.The results of the study indicate that Lespedeza daurica has better photosynthetic and drought-resistance than Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea.2.The anatomical structure of stemThe secondary xylem of both were loose pores, and the ducts were mostly arranged in the radial direction, and the number of the ducts was more than that of the threaded ducts.Wood ray type is all abnormal I,wood ray single ray is mostly,multi-ray is less. The center of both stems is myelinated. Both parenchyma cells contain crystalline cells, which are both drought resistant. The pericarp of saffron in Lespedeza daurica is not well developed, and the periderm of safflower is more thick than that of saffron in Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea, and the pulp of fine leaves is more developed than that of saffron in Lespedeza daurica, and the annular pulp of fine leaf is obvious. But it was not obvious in Lespedeza daurica.Lespedeza daurica catheter diameter of 51.28 um to 62.22 um,Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea diameter of 21.09 um to 31.88 um.Under the same external conditions,it was shown that Lespedeza daurica was more resistant to drought than Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea.3.The anatomical structure of rootThe primary xylem of both roots is four archetypes, and the secondary phloem has a tubular secretory cavity which can transport material and water. The diameter of pipe is large and the number is large. Both of them were unmyelinated, and the type of wood ray was isomorphic I.Both parenchyma cells contain crystalline cells.Among the ray types of Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea, most of them were multi-row and di-ray,the ray types of Lespedeza daurica most of them was single-row ray.diameter: Lespedeza daurica with diameter of 63.15 um catheter to 105.28 um Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea diameter of 42.11 um to 52.63 um;Lespedeza daurica vessel diameter was significantly larger than that of Lespedeza juncea var.subsericea.
