Fat-soluble vitamins A,D and E can promote animal growth performance,improve meat quality and enhance immunity.The use of vitamin A,D and E as O/W for injection was beneficial to avoid the occurrence of vitamin deficiency in ruminant due to the degradation of rumen and the stimulation of ordinary oil injection on animal muscle.In this experiment,fat soluble vitamin injection was prepared by mechanical method,and the formulation and preparation process of injection were optimized by single factor and orthogonal test.The prepared injection was characterized by microscopy,particle size analyzer and high performance liquid chromatography.Finally,the effects of fat-soluble vitamin injection on production performance,slaughtering performance and immunity were studied in this study.The results showed that the optimized prescription was:vitamin A:69 mg,vitamin D3:1mg,vitamin E:640 mg,tween-80 36g,span-80 4g,peanut oil 250 mL for injection,west yellow yarrow glue 3g,and distilled water to 1 L.Optimization of process is:the electric blender mixing speed 2000 r/min,the mixing time of 15 min,in constant temperature 30?.The product was milky white liquid state,and there is no stratification after dilution of distilled water.The emulsion was blue in the outer phase and red in the Sudan red in the inner phase,which proves that it belongs to O/W emulsion.The motor viscosity of the product was721.35±5.31 mm2/s and dynamic viscosity was 835.39±6.57 mPa/s.The particle size range was mainly 20-60?m,which is normally distributed.The standard curve of vitamin A was Y=6986237X±66523.2?r=0.9999?,VD3 reference curve was Y=5352365X±46215.5?r=0.9999?,and VE reference curve was Y=657263X±4562.1?r=0.9999?.The results showed that this method had good precision and reproducibility,and the vitamin content of each batch of injection was between 95.00%and 105.00%of the labeled amount,meeting the content requirements.The results showed that fat soluble vitamin injection increased the daily intake and average daily weight gain of goats,reduced the feed weight ratio,increased the slaughter rate,increased the net meat rate and decreased the bone meat ratio,and the difference was significant?P<0.05?.Fat soluble vitamins significantly increased immunoglobulin A,G,M,il-2,il-4 and il-6 in goats?P<0.05?.The results show that the product quality was good and the size distribution of the emulsion was uniform.The selected method was feasible and helpful for accurate determination of several vitamins in injection.Fat-soluble vitamin injection can effectively improve the performance of goat production,improve the slaughter rate and enhance their immunity.
