Wheat Crown rot(CR)is a soil-borne disease.CR and Fusarium head blight(FHB)belongs to the disease of Fusarium spp..Recently,it is gradually increased in China.However,the research on CR is still limited,and the research on its identification method,evaluation system and anti-source screening are relatively few.In this study,a new identification method,grading standard and evaluation system was developed in the field of source resistance screening.Total 204 lines were cultivated in Huang-huai wheat area to identify for resistance lines of CR and FHB,and a series of resistant lines were screened.The main findings are as follows:In this study,the method of inoculation of Fusarium disease in wheat crown was selected,which were widely used in recent years.Based on the results of the identification and previous studies,a new evaluation method of 0-6 grades was used,and a visual result was provided.The standard is applicable to the outdoor identification of wheat seedlings.The identification of adult plants is also carried out by the method of inoculation in diseased wheat,and the classification standard is similar to previous studies,which is 0-4 classification standard.In terms of evaluation criteria,compared with the previous method depended on the disease index to analyze variety resistance.The methods of relative marginal effect and hierarchical clustering were introduced to determine the resistance of the lines.The disease resistance of wheat lines are more comprehensively evaluated.The identification result of CR resistance at the seedling stage of new wheat lines suggested that most of the tested wheat verities were showed susceptibility and high sensitive but no high-resistance or immune lines were found.Two linesLS4607 and Cunmai 633 were showed good resistance which were selected and identified to reach the level of resistance.Among them,22 lines were medium resistance.The result of FHB resistance identification showed that no lines were found resistance exceeding Sumai 3.The majority of wheat are characterized by susceptibility and high sensitive.The resistance variety of Zhongyu 1526 is very close to the variety of Sumai 3,which could be considered as a resistant variety.Yangao168,Deyan 1603,Minfeng 266 and Zhengmai 162 might be selected as medium resistance linesby two years,and were identified as relatively stable Medium resistance lines.Zhongwo 9,LS4607,Fengmai 12,Anke 1602,Pumai 1165 and Fannong 14 were selected as medium resistance variety by one year,and could also be regarded as the medium resistance lines.These cultivars resistance to FHB and CR disease were identified.The identification of CR showed that Zhongyu 1526 and LS4607 were performed well,and could be used for breeding new resistant lines,and explored with the link between of the two Fusarium spp.diseases.
