China is in the period of accelarated industrialization and urbanization.On the one hand,due to the competition and seizure of social and economic development,the trend of shrinking arable land is increasingly apparent;On the other hand,a lot of bad behavior,such as discharge of soil erosion,solid waste,waste water,waste gas,heavy use of pesticide and fertilizer,sewage irrigation,lead to a severe decline in the quality of existing arable land and impact on the country's food security.In the face of increasingly severe soil issues,the Party Central Committee and the State Council promulgated the "Soil Pollution Prevention Action Plan"(hereinafter referred to as "Soil Ten")in 2016 and the "Soil Environmental Quality Standard" in 1995.Undoubtedly,they have become the action program of soil pollution prevention and control in China at present and in the future.They are also an important guarantee for improving the quality of soil environment,ensuring farmland and food security.Mu Us sandy land is one of the four sandy lands in China,and it is also the cultivated land reserve resource in China.In order to solve the problem of land desertification in Mu Us sandy land and fully discover the potential of cultivated land,many scholars have devoted themselves to sand land governance and achieved abundant research results.Based on a large number of sand control measures,this paper took the development of Dajihan sandy land in Yuyang district as the research object,and focused on the engineering technology and application of the mixing soils farmland technology of arsenic sandstone and sand.According to the requirements of "Soil Ten "and" Soil Environmental Quality Standard",this paper respectively determined the regulation and standard of qualitative evaluation of sand land treatment as well as the basis of-soil quantitative evaluation and the improvement measures for sand land treatment.First of all,the evaluation process of the treatment process effect of Mu Us sandy land was constructed.Then,the dynamic change of the evaluation process of the treatment process effect of the sandy land was realized by relying on the knowledge visualization integrated platform and componentization technology,so as to achieve the process and comprehensive evaluation of strengthening soil quality.The quality evaluation ran through the whole process of sand land treatment,and the main problems in each stage of soil improvement can be found out in time By using the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the effect of sand land treatment was evaluated and the improvement measures were improved.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(l)The basic environmental conditions of Mu Us sandy land was described,and the land types and utilization in the study area were summarized with water resources as the center.This paper focused on the introduction of the engineering technology and application of soft sandstone and sand-forming soil.According to the results of laboratory and field experiments,a 1:2 ratio of soft sandstone and sand was mixed to quickly form a soil surface suitable for crop growth and constructed through the engineering construction of mechanical Wells,water conveyance and other supporting facilities.At the same time,it also provided engineering technical support for the promotion of soft sandstone and sand-forming soil in the ecological fragile area of Mu Us sandy land,expanded the ideas for soil improvement in sandy land,and provided new methods for improving local ecological environment(2)Arsenic sandstone could be used as a natural "water-retaining agent" and the area used for sand treatment was gradually expanded.Water saving was an important link under the constraint of natural water resources supporting development and management.Field investigation and theoretical analysis were used to determine the irrigation system for crops under water-saving conditions,two irrigation methods,sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation were selected through field experiments to establish a scientific irrigation system,so as to obtain the best economic,social and ecological benefits with the minimum water consumption Tillage was the most effective basic measure to adjust soil structure,which could improve soil permeability and facilitate the growth and development of crops and soil maturation.The adoption of variable zone or stubble rotation has a good effect on the restoration and cultivation of aggregate structure,which can reduce the consumption of organic matter,improve soil structure,prevent soil loss and reduce the pollution of water resources(3)To qualitatively analyze the level of soil environmental quality that should be achieved in the treatment process of maowusu sandy land according to the provisions of "soil article 10",the local soil problems were analyzed to ensure the soil environment safety of agricultural land and construction land combined with the characteristics of local natural and social factors,so as to realize the overall improvement of soil environment quality and the virtuous cycle of ecological system.Land quality quantitative evaluation was carried out in terms of engineering design,construction,cultivation,operation period and sustainability process,as well as on the theme of ecological environment quality and engineering guarantee ability referencing to the national standard for soil environmental quality of the People's Republic of China,established the evaluation index body and the evaluation model,selected the right confirmation method and evaluation method,streamline the sand governance process and evaluation process,and strengthen the process management.Establish the process of evaluating the effect of the process of sand governance and strengthen the process management.It provided a theoretical and scientific basis for the comprehensive treatment of soil quality and water environment in the development and utilization of maowusu sandy land.(4)The control measures and effect evaluation and tracking system of maowusu sandy land are established based on the knowledge visualization integrated platform and componentization technology.It streamlined and visualized the evaluation process and effect of the sand land governance corresponding to the engineering design,construction,cultivation and stable development evaluation of the sand land,which realized the dynamic adaptation of the evaluation index,index weight and evaluation method in different stages according to the progress of the governance project and the implementation of measures.The basic information,the application of measures and the integration of evaluation results were expressed,and the identification of problem factors was strengthened in the process,preliminary attempts were made to improve measures and quality dynamic management.
