Strawberry has a good taste and is widely cultivated.China's strawberry planting area is the largest in the world.At the same time,the economic benefits of strawberry planting are much higher than that of vegetable crops.There are many employees in strawberry planting in China.However,as the main method of strawberry cultivation,high ridge cultivation,the transplanting method also follows the traditional method in the past.It is artificially bent in the narrow ditch for a long time,with poor working conditions,short working period and high labor intensity.There is an urgent need to achieve mechanized transplanting and planting to improve labor efficiency and change the artificial planting mode.The main research work and results of the high-ridge strawberry seedling automatic transplanting machine carried out in this paper are as follows:(1)On-site investigation of the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences Lishui Strawberry Base,Jintan No.1 Farm Strawberry Planting Shed,Zhenjiang Zuohu Village Strawberry Planter,obtaining the shed body specifications and high ridge ridge specifications and specifications for the greenhouse,for the development of the prototype Provide parameter basis;analyze the characteristics of strawberry plug seedlings and strawberry transplanting procedures,understand the actual operation requirements,and clarify the particularity of strawberry seedling transplanting machine development.(2)According to the survey results,for the strawberry nursery,the pre-punching-post-planting method was adopted;for the bow-back orientation,the XY coordinates were used to take the seedling mechanism;for the high ridge size difference,the adjustable single-ridge ridge body was adopted.Adapted to the contoured guide chassis;set up the prototype,using 48 V-20 Ah lithium battery as the driving power supply,using a small air compressor to supply pressure to the air circuit,using the industrial remote control single person with the machine remote control operation,realize automatic transplanting,change the traditional planting mode of bending back.(3)In order to realize the walking of the transplanting machine along the ridge,a ridge-like contouring scheme was proposed,and the roller-type and circular-plate-shaped profiling devices were successively developed.Through the feedback of the field test,the EDEM software was used to select the contact model and establish the profiling device.Soil model,simulation simulation,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the two profiling devices,and simulation verification.(4)Aiming at the hole precision and coordinated control strategy of the front punching-postrelease seedlings,the test analyzes the influence of air pressure on the punching;analyzes the Ptype transplanting path of the XY coordinate oriented pick-and-place seedling mechanism,and proposes one-button homing and homework.Procedure;analyze the sending process of the plug seedlings,develop a plug-in disk-feeding program;test the effect of different sensors to detect the hole,select the appropriate sensor,analyze the orientation of the sensor under the precise hole requirement,and finally optimize the parallel Procedures to improve transplant efficiency.(5)In view of the complex environment and large change of water content in the field,the field experiment was carried out to verify the walking characteristics and drilling effect of the transplanter.Through the whole process of punching and putting seedlings,it is proved that the transplanting efficiency of the prototype is more than 1000 plants/hour,which has certain practical value.
