Panax notoginseng is a valuable Chinese herbal medicine in China.It has a wonderful effect on the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and enjoys the reputation of“golden not changing”and“southern god grass”.In 2018,its planting area reached more than 1 million mu,and the harvested area reached more than 350,000 mu.Panax notoginseng transplanting is an indispensable part of the planting process of Panax notoginseng,and the traditional manual transplanting operation has high labor intensity,low efficiency and high labor cost,and it is difficult to achieve standardization.The mechanical operation has high efficiency,saving time,good transplanting quality,consistent plant spacing,line spacing and depth,and easy to achieve standard operation.Mechanical transplanting instead of manual transplanting can greatly reduce production costs and improve the quality of Panax notoginseng,and can greatly promote the sound and rapid development of Panax notoginseng industry.Therefore,mechanized transplanting of Panax notoginseng is an inevitable trend.Directional transplanting mechanism is a key component of the Panax notoginseng transplanting machine,which directly affects the quality of Panax notoginseng transplanting.In this paper,the status quo of transplanting machinery at home and abroad is analyzed,and a kind of directional transplanting mechanism of Panax notoginseng is designed in combination with the requirements of planting agronomy.The discrete element EDEM software was used to simulate the orientation process.According to the simulation results,the optimal parameter combination of the orientation structure was optimized,and the test prototype was processed.The combination of the optimal parameters of the directional transplanting mechanism was determined by the central combination test.The specific research contents are as follows:?1?In combination with the agronomic requirements of transplanting seedlings of Panax notoginseng,a kind of directional transplanting mechanism of 37 seedlings was designed.For the transplanting of Panax notoginseng seedlings,the seedlings should be oriented in the same direction,and the agronomic requirements of seedlings and bed-making should form a certain angle.In this paper,the three-seven seedlings directional transplanting mechanism was designed.The orientation of the seedlings was consistent through the orientation device,and the agronomic requirements for the seedlings and the bed were formed by the opener.The structure and working principle are described.?2?The orientation device orientation process is divided into three states,namely,static state,slow rotation state,and fast rotation state.Through mechanical analysis,the greater the distance from the center of gravity to the fibrous root,the better the orientation effect,so it is more suitable for long-rooted crops;Get the maximum working speed of the directional disk.In order to analyze the influence of various parameters of the orientation mechanism on the directional performance,the directional orientation device was simulated and analyzed.The single-factor test was carried out by selecting the directional disk rotation speed,the seedling level and the seedling bucket angle,and each of them was also influenced by the directional performance.Determine the selection range of each test factor;determine the main sequence of the influence of the directional disk rotation speed,the angle of the seedling hopper,the seedling level on the directional conformity index and the optimal parameter combination by orthogonal test,and carry out the results obtained by the test.Difference analysis and analysis of variance,according to the principle of the largest qualified index,the optimal parameter combination is A1B2C2,that is,the directional disk rotation speed is 20r/min,the seedling bucket angle is 20°,and the Panax notoginseng seedling level is secondary.At this time,the orientation qualification index is 89.35.?3?A special guiding seedling tube for transplanting of Panax notoginseng was designed,and the seedling process of the Panax notoginseng guided seedling tube was analyzed.Through the theoretical analysis of the seedling process,the dynamics of the movement of Panax notoginseng seedlings in the seedling tube was established.The model obtained the constraint equation of the three-seven seedlings from the seedling tube to the landing position;the working speed,the diameter of the guiding tube and the inclination angle of the guiding tube were taken as the main factors,the planting distance index,the replanting index,and the leakage.The planting index is a test indicator.Conduct three-factor and three-level orthogonal test,and carry out range analysis and variance analysis on the test results,comprehensively consider the influence of various factors on the transplanting performance of the transplanting device and optimize the combination.According to the orientation,the higher the qualified index,the better the re-planting index.The principle of small and missing index is smaller,so the optimal parameter combination is determined as A1B2C2,that is,the working speed is 0.8km/h,the diameter of the guiding tube is 20mm,and the inclination angle of the guiding tube is 75°.For 89.94,the re-planting index is 4.24and the missing index is 5.82.?4?A central combination test was carried out on the transplanting performance of the directional transplanting mechanism.The working speed,the angle of the seedlings,and the inclination angle of the guiding tube were taken as the test factors.The plant spacing index,the replanting index and the missing planting index were Test indicators.Using the response surface method to analyze the results of the test,the mathematical model of the test index and the test factors were established respectively.The law of the influence of performance of the orientation device,the operation speed was 1km/h,the angle of the seedling bucket was 20°,the inclination angle of the seedling tube was 75°,and the test was repeated 3 times.Through experiment,the average score of the plant spacing index of the three or seven seedlings was 94.2,the average value of the replanting index was 3.4,and the average value of the replanting index was 2.8,which was consistent with the optimization results.The conclusions obtained through this study provide theoretical basis and reference basis for the research on the transplanting mechanism of Panax notoginseng seedlings and the transplanting machine of Panax notoginseng seedlings.
