The rain-shelter cultivation mode in the south is beneficial to the kiwifruit from rain.Rain-shelter cultivation can improve soil permeability, improve the microclimate environment of orchard, and especially prevent and control ulcer disease, which is of great significance for kiwifruit production. In order to explore the photosynthesis efficiency and fruit quality of kiwifruit under open and rain-shelter cultivation mode, this experiment used Li-6400 photosynthesis instrument and SPAD502 chlorophyll for the'Hongyang'kiwifruit planted under open and rain-shelter cultivation mode. The instrument and other systems were used to measure environmental factors, photosynthetic factors, growth status, fruit quality and other indicators, and compared the'Hongyang'kiwifruit in different growth stages under rain and open field cultivation patterns?25,50,95 days after flowering, fruit picking? In the period,35 days after fruit picking, the climatic factors, plant growth potential, photosynthesis efficiency and fruit quality were explored, and the advantages of rain-proof cultivation and improvement measures were explored.Research indicates:1.Rain-shelter cultivation can improve the environmental conditions of the orchardIt has obvious cooling and moisturizing effect, and can drop the temperature by 3.3°C and increase the humidity by 12.2%.The most obvious time for daily variation is between9:00 and 14:00.The most significant period of seasonal variation is 50,95 days after flowering and fruit picking. The higher the temperature, the more significant the effect of cooling and dehumidification. The shelter can reduce the photosynthetically active radiation in the facility by 1328.6%.The highest daily light transmittance is 25 days after flowering and fruit harvesting period, and the light transmittance is 82.7%.The rain-sparing cultivation improves the light saturation point of kiwifruit by 200?molm.-2s-1.2.Rain-shelter cultivation to maintain the photosynthetic efficiency of'Hongyang'kiwifruit leavesThe rain-shelter cultivation maintained the average net photosynthetic rate of'Hongyang'kiwifruit during the vigorous growth period, and avoided the kiwifruit plant light and“noon break”phenomenon at 25 days after flowering and 35 days after fruit picking.Increased net light and rate of kiwifruit up to 19.5?mol·m-2·s-1 at 95 d after flowering;50 days after flowering, the highest peak of the daily change of net photosynthetic rate of'Hongyang'kiwifruit was delayed by 1 h.The transpiration rate of Hongyang kiwifruit was reduced by rain-shelter cultivation. The effect of fruit-harvesting was significant at 25 days after flowering and 50 days after flowering. The stomatal conductance and CO2 concentration of plants increased.3.Rain-shelter cultivation promotes the growth and fruit quality of Hongyang kiwifruit plantsIn the rain-shelter cultivation mode, the number of branches decreased by 10%,the branch length increased by 53%,the number of fruit set increased by 129.2%,the leaf chlorophyll content increased by 6.14%,the single fruit weight increased by 19.03 g,the fruit longitudinal diameter increased by 5.16 mm,and the transverse diameter increased by3.39 mm.The fruit shape index is basically unchanged;the TSS in the harvesting period is increased by 10.8%,the TSS in the soft ripening period is increased by 14.3%,the dry matter content in the harvesting period is increased by 2.4%,the dry matter content in the soft ripening period is increased by 3%,and the storage time is extended by one week.
