The study is based on four-year ‘Zexiang’ grape growing in rain-preventing-cultivation to be experimental material and the open field as control. To study the effects of rain-shelter cultivation on the microclimate, relative physiological properties of the blade and fruit quality.So as to improve the cultivation and management during the grape growing, and provide a theoretical basis for cultivating high-quality grapes. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the widely used types of rain-shelter cultivation on table grapes in northern Eurasia. The main results were as follows:1. Rain-shelter, as a simple cultivation form, had high impact on microenvironment.Temperature, humidity and light intensity of grape were changed under the rain-shelter cultivation. The temperature under the shelter is between 25~30℃ and lower about 1~2℃than the outdoor; It can adjust the humidity of the small environment in raining and sunny days. The humidity is 15% lower than CK in rainny and 10% higher in sunny days, will not because humidity is too high or too low affect plant growth and development. The illumination under the shelter can be reduced to the maximum of 47.8% in rainy days, and about 30% in sunny days.2. On the rain-shelter conditions, the area of upper blade is 72.9cm2 larger than CK, hick ness and chlorophyll content decreased about 11.23%, photosynthesis reduced; the area of??the middle blade is as big as CK, the thickness and chlorophyll content increased about0.104mg/g, the Pn is increased 9.8%, PIABS increased 41.7%. So the rain-shelter significantly enhanced photosynthetic capacity; The lower part of the leaf area and thickness increased,chlorophyll content are decreased, so is the Pn.3. On fruit development period during rainy season(late July- late August), rain-shelter cultivation conditions is benefit to the accumulation of sugars, organic acids in decomposition and the enlargement of fruit; The appearance quality of rain-shelter grape is improved obviously after ripening, the panicle weight increased by 12.92%, the rotting rate decreased by 15.56%. But the impact of the rain-shelter shed light makes total sugar, soluble solids content declined slightly and the total acids increased, sugar-acid ratio fell by 2.5%.The total sugar content of fruit cultivation rain is still rising when picking trend, may be it is due to the role of shelter shed, delayed fruit maturity.4. On continuous rainfall cultivation, the three part blade of rain-shelter cultivation,MDA content is lower than the open field cultivation, which has a low degree of membranelipid oxidation; antioxidant enzyme reaction system displays shelter planting activity higher than open field cultivation of adversity obviously; hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion of middle leaves are less than the open field, exposed to higher than the upper and lower remained the same.
