Rational fertilization of fertilizers plays a vital role in agricultural production.The amount of fertilization of China is the highest in the world,but the efficiency of use of fertilizer is low.The liquid fertilizer is a device for deep application of liquid fertilizer below the soil surface,which can effectively improve work efficiency and fertilizer utilization rate.Combining the relevant data of corn plant spacing and agronomic requirements,this paper introduces the design and optimization of the liquid fertilizer.Fertilizing opener was tested by using the soil trough test bench.As the fertilizing part,the steering wheel mechanism is the core of the liquid fertilizer.In this paper,the main structure of the steering wheel mechanism was initially determined,then the kinematics analysis of it was carried out,and the equation of motion was established.The structural parameters:the radius of gyration R,the number of fertilizing needles Z and the motion parameters:forward speed V_m and the steering wheel speed?are the main factors affecting the performance of the work.Based on the theoretical analysis,the kinematics simulation model of the steering wheel mechanism was established.The simulation of the motion trajectory was carried out by using Matlab software.The influence of R,Z,V_m and?on the work performance were analyzed.Based on the above conditions,the Design-Expert software was used to design the test plan,and the simulation results were optimized to obtain the optimal parameters:R=0.3 m,Z=8,V_m=1.52 m/s,?=5 rad/s.The 3D model of the steering wheel mechanism was established in SolidWorks software based on above results,and was imported into Adams software for motion simulation analysis.Combining the actual situation,the main parameters of the profiling mechanism were determined by consulting the“Agricultural Machinery Design Manual”.The suspension parameters of the liquid fertilizer were selected and safety analysis of the rack was performed to ensure the stability and safety of the frame.Based on the simulation test results,the soil trough test was carried out on the work performance of the fertilizing opener.The experimental data was processed by using the second-rotation orthogonal test module in Design-Expert software.The effect on the hole pitch and the width of the hole of V_m and?were analyzed and compared with the simulation test results.The optimization results show that the steering wheel mechanism works best when V_m=1.5 m/s and?=5 rad/s.The hole distance is 0.220 m and the hole width is 0.051 m.The optimization results are basically consistent with the results of the simulation test,which further verifie the rationality of the design of the fertilization opener.The fertilization performance of the fertilizing opener was tested,and determining?=5rad/s,Vm=1.5 m/s,the fertilizer port diameter=3 mm,and the fertilizer pump pressure=0.3 MPa.The test shows that the qualified rate of the fertilization hole spacing,the fertilization hole width and the fertilization amount,and the success rate of fertilization,fertilizer depth qualified are all above 80%,which meets the operation requirements of liquid fertilizer.
