| In this article,two-year-old"Sweet Charlie"strawberry was used as material,30%imidacloprid suspension was used as the treatment agent,harmonia axyridis was used as the natural enemy insect,and the drug was sprayed every five days or the natural enemy insect was released for three consecutive control times to explore the control effect of different control methods and the impact on physiological index of strawberry plants,which will lay a theoretical foundation for the biological control of strawberry pests.The results are as follows:1.Both the treatment of harmonia axyridis and imidacloprid can effectively control the number of aphids,and the effect of prevention and control can be achieved.There was no significant difference in the control effect.The effect of imidacloprid treatment was fast,but the control effect of harmonia axyridis treatment was continuous and stable.2.The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters of strawberry leaves were significantly increased under two control treatments.On the 5th day,the chlorophyll a content,stomatal conductance,net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration and the transpiration rate of imidacloprid treatment group were significantly higher than those of harmonia axyridis treatment group.There was no significant difference in chlorophyll b content between imidacloprid treatment group and harmonia axyridis treatment group.After 10 days of control,the chlorophyll content,stomatal conductance,net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2concentration and transpiration of harmonia axyridis treatment group were significantly higher than those of harmonia axyridis treatment group.The transpiration rate was significantly higher than that of imidacloprid treatment.3.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT of harmonia axyridis treated with aphid and imidacloprid increased significantly.The activity of SOD in the non-control group was significantly lower than that in the blank control group during the whole control period.After 10days,the activity of SOD in the treatment of harmonia axyridis and imidacloprid was significantly higher than that in the blank control group.In the POD activity test,the activity of POD in the blank control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment of harmonia axyridis and imidacloprid throughout the control period.After the 5th day,the CAT activity of the treatment group was higher than that of the blank control group.On the 15th day,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the blank control group.4.There were no significant differences in soluble common substances,titratable acid,VC, protein,fruit weight,plant growth and yield between the two control methods,which were significantly higher than those of the control group. |
