Astragalus adsurgens Pall is a Leguminosae perennial grass, which plays an important role in the improvement of degraded grassland. It has good ecological characteristics such as drought resistance, cold resistance,wind-sand resistance, barren resistance, relatively saline-alkali resistance and high feeding value, rich in minerals, proteins, amino acids and other biological characteristics. This study aims at the problems of low productivity and poor durability existing in the improvement and utilization of degraded grassland in the western of Jilin province. This study aims at the problems of low productivity and poor persistence in the improvement and utilization of degraded grassland in the Songnen plain, astragalus adsurgens Pall for cultivation materials, seeding method, rate, nitrogen and phosphorus as factor, using L9?34?orthogonal experiment design, through the astragalus adsurgens cultivated grassland production performance and quality of forage grass and storage with gramineous forage crops feed nutritional value evaluation research, thought that improve the level of degraded grassland productivity and increase the durability of astragalus adsurgens cultivation used to provide theoretical basis and technical guidance. The main research results are as follows:?1?Different treatments had significant effects on the height, density, fresh and hay yield of Astragalus adsurgens Pall in the first year of planting and the second year of growing. For the effect of hay yield,N fertilizer had the largest effect in the year of planting, followed by P fertilizer with the smallest seeding amount.;In the second year,P fertilizer had the greatest influence, followed by seeding amount and seeding method.?2?With the treatment of broadcast seeding and seeding amount of 16kg/hm2,N fertilizer of 100kg/hm2 and P fertilizer of 67.5kg/hm2,the yield of fresh grass in the planting year reached11987kg/hm2,and the yield of hay reached 1929kg/hm2.In the second year, the fresh grass yield reached 20644kg/hm2,and the hay yield reached 6402kg/hm2.Compared with similar grassland before construction, the hay yield increased by 1329kg/hm2 in the first year and increased by221.50%.In the second year,it increased by 5802kg/hm2,an increase of 967.00%.?3?Row spacing of 40cm,seeding amount of 16kg/hm2,N fertilizer of 75kg/hm2 and P fertilizer of 22.5kg/hm2 had the largest effect on stem/leaf ratio of Astragalus adsurgens Pall in the planting year, but different cultivation measures had no significant effect on stem/leaf ratio of Astragalus adsurgens Pall in the second year.Different cultivation measures had no significant influence on the CP,NDF and ADF of Astragalus adsurgens Pall in the planting year. The average content of hay CP was 18.29%,and the annual output of crude protein was395.12kg/hm2.?4?When silage was mixed with Zea mays L.or f Sorghum bicolor?L.?Moench at 3:1ratio,the nutritive value and forage value of silage were higher. But the single silage of Astragalus adsurgens Pall is less aromatic and structurally poor compared with mixed silage,so it is suggested to use mixed silage with Zea mays L.or Sorghum bicolor?L.?Moench.
