The paper bases on Songnen salinization turf salt-tolerant plants, Iris lactea Pall.var.chinensis and Leymus chinensis for materials, compares the salinization of these two plants salt on the main physiological indicators. To explore the different plants in salinity stress and the physiological adaptation of the competition mechanism provides a theoretical basis. Iris with the salt and alkali resistance, hardy, drought-resistant capacity has become a desert grassland and salt meadow of the main vegetation, and Leymus chinensis with the adaptability and tolerance to drought, salinity and the poor environment for the growth, therefore, of the two species, which is certainly more representative. According to the single Iris community, single Leymus chinensis community and the mixed community soil pH (9.57-10.46), and conductivity (589-1405) distribution, I set up five salinity gradients, soil pH and conductivity are : A (9.68,618), B (9.85,768), C (10.14,936) D (10.22,1259), E (10.33,1308), Iris and Leymus chinensis under the different salinity gradient in the salinity of the main physiological indicators were measured.The results showed that: single Iris leaves POD, CAT, SOD activity of alkaline soil with the response to the increased trend is very similar, single leymus chinensis leaves POD, CAT than live with soil salinity gradient in response to the increased trend is quite similar. But single Iris and single leymus chinensis POD, CAT, SOD activity have the different trends, the peak would be different. But Iris and leymus chinensis regional mixed, Iris and leymus chinensis POD, CAT, SOD activity of the trend is very similar. There is the double curve, Iris numerical value is higher than the POD leymus chinensis, CAT, close to the value of SOD.Single Iris and single leymus chinensis is chaemum community, their leaves proline content, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content of soil salinity increases are showing an upward trend, with indoor salinity stress, with its soil salinity has increased the trend.By Iris and single Leymus chinensis mixed communities, and regional proline content, chlorophyll content, the soluble sugar content compared to know, mixed forage to two proline accumulation, and more conducive to Iris proline accumulation. Proline content of different shows that wild rye and Iris one with different osmotic adjustment capacity. Mixed pairs gotten photosynthesis and the strength of no significant impact, it is beneficial for both forage soluble sugar content increases.
