This test was conducted from March to July in 2018.The test place is glass green house in Yang Ling District,Shan xi Province.The test material is tomato(Lycopersicon eseulentum)"Powder Feast".There are two tests being respectively organic nutrient solution and organic substrate soil-less culture watering organic nutrient solution.The purpose is to resource utilization of tomato straw and produce better quality tomatoes.Test one:Organic nutrient solution material by aerobic fermenting and anaerobic fermenting tomato stalk obtained two kinds of extracts after extracting,which named aerobic organic nutrition solution and anaerobic nutrition organic solution,were diluted to electrical conductivity of 1 mS/cm,2 mS/cm,4 mS/cm to culture tomato,and the Japanese Yamazaki nutrient solution was used as a contrast.The result of research shows that the biomass index and yield index of organic nutrient solution are all significantly lower than CK.The chlorophyll mass fraction of aerobic organic nutrient solution increasing with the increase of the value of EC,and the chlorophyll mass fraction of T1(1 mS/cm),T2(2 mS/cm)and T3(4 mS/cm)are all significantly lower than that of CK;The chlorophyll mass fraction of anaerobic organic nutrient solution increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of EC value.The chlorophyll mass fraction of Y1(1 mS/cm),Y2(2 mS/cm),Y3(4 mS/cm)were significantly higher than CK.The photosynthetic capacity of aerobic organic nutrient solution increased with the increase of EC value.The photosynthetic capacity of T1,T2 and T3 is significantly lower than that of CK,and the photosynthetic capacity of anaerobic organic nutrient solution increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of EC value,in which Y2 is significantly higher than CK.The mass fraction of soluble solids,sugar-acid ratio,vitamin C and soluble protein in anaerobic organic nutrient solution increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of EC value.Y2 soluble solids,sugar-acid ratio,vitamin C and soluble protein are significantly higher.In CK,the nitrate of organic nutrient solution is significantly lower than that of CK.Anaerobic organic nutrition solution making by tomato stalk anaerobic fermenting can improve chlorophyll mass fraction of tomato leaves ? the photosynthesis and quality of tomato.The best treatment is anaerobic organic nutrient solution Y2(2 mS/cm).Test two:The objective of this study is to explore the effects of watering different conductivity of organic nutrient solutions on the growth and quality of organic substrate soilless cultured tomatoes,and screen out the most suitable EC value for tomato growth.The study may provide a theoretical basis for the utilization of tomato straw waste and the development of organic agriculture.Plants of tomato(Solanum Lycopersicon)"Fen Yan" were grown in “Meng Da” substrate watered with Yamazaki nutrient solution(control,CK),or mix substrates consisting of fermenting tomato stalk(7.5%),vermiculite and perlite(1:6:6)watered regularly with diluted extract of tomato stem stalk with EC values of 1mS/cm(K1),2mS/cm(K2)and 4mS/cm(K3)..Control with“Meng Da” substrate watering Yamazaki nutrient solution.The results showed that the morphological index and yield index of organically cultivated tomato were lower than those of CK;The chlorophyll content of organically cultivated tomatoes was increased with increasing EC,and it was highest for K3,which was significantly higher than CK.The net photosynthetic rate was highest for K3,followed by K2 treatment.Tomatoes under K2 treatment had the highest soluble solid and sogar/acid ratio,and those under K3 treatment had the highest contents of vitamin C and soluble protein.Tomatoes under K1 treatment had the lowest nitrate content,and the level under both K1 and K3 treatments was significantly lower than the CK.The analytic hierarchy process showed that the planting effect under K3 was the best,and the use of fermenting tomato stalk as a substrate component and its exact as organic nutriment solution in tomato planting can improve the fruit quality.
