Drip irrigator is one of the core components of drip irrigation system.Its hydraulic performance has a great impact on the performance,cost and working life of the whole drip irrigation system.The structure and structure of emitter runner are the main factors determining the hydraulic performance of drip irrigation.Therefore,it is necessary to study and optimize the structure and structure of emitter runner on the hydraulic performance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the orthogonal experimental design,the influence of tooth tip angle,tooth spacing,tooth height,channel depth and unit number on the hydraulic performance of dental labyrinth dripper was analyzed by CFD numerical simulation.(2)Simplified emitter runner model and actual emitter runner model were numerically simulated,and the effects of inlet and outlet structure and micro-curved runner model on the hydraulic performance of drip irrigation emitter were analyzed.(3)Testing the hydraulic performance of the produced emitter and comparing with the results of numerical simulation of drip irrigation emitter to verify the accuracy of the simulation results and the rationality of the design of the emitter structural parameters.The results show that the influence of each structural parameter on the flow rate of the emitter from large to small is tooth spacing,unit number,channel depth,tooth tip angle and tooth height respectively;the influence of each structural parameter on the flow coefficient K of the emitter from large to small is tooth spacing,unit number,channel depth,tooth height and tooth tip angle respectively;the influence of each structural parameter on flow index X of the emitter from large to small is tooth spacing,unit number,channel depth,tooth height and tooth tip angle respectively.Spacing,cusp angle,tooth height,runner depth,unit number.The forecasting model of the structure parameters and hydraulic performance of the irrigator based on artificial neural network is reasonable and has high accuracy.The inlet and outlet of drip irrigation emitter have little influence on the flow simulation results,and the inlet part has a slight effect on increasing the flow rate;the outlet with M-type double shoulder filter structure is advantageous for outflow and improves the anti-clogging performance.In the numerical simulation of drip irrigation emitter,the hydraulic performance obtained by using the micro-bend channel model is better,and the micro-bend channel model is recommended when establishing the model.It is feasible to use CFD to simulate the internal flow field of emitter,and it is reasonable to use RNG k-? squid model to simulate the buried patch drip irrigation emitter.
