Agricultural machinery identification refers to the agricultural machinery appraisal agency to make accurate technical evaluation of the safety,reliability,practicability and applicability of agricultural machinery through scientific experiments,mechanical testing and data calculation,and provide basis for the selection and promotion of agricultural machinery.And information activities.At present,the identification of agricultural machinery and tools is mainly based on manual observation,recording and calculation.The identification work has a long duration,the identification efficiency is not high,the accuracy is insufficient,and there is no unified data acquisition,calculation and analysis system,and a scientific and efficient research and development.Agricultural machinery data collection and analysis system has practical significance and practical value.This paper designs and develops an intelligent identification system for agricultural machinery identification.This system can not only effectively reduce the manpower consumption of agricultural machinery identification work,but also realize the automatic collection,analysis,visualization and identification of agricultural machinery running status and identification results.And other functions.The application of the intelligent identification system for agricultural machinery identification is conducive to improving the work efficiency of the agricultural machinery identification department and ensuring the scientific and effective implementation of agricultural machinery identification work.The main research work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The paper studies the development of domestic and international identification work and analyzes the current agricultural machinery identification workflow in China.It finds the problems existing in the existing identification work and proposes a new type of intelligence according to the specific requirements of the identification work.Identification technology.(2)Design the hardware system and software system of the intelligent identification system for agricultural machinery identification.The hardware system is a working state data collector of agricultural machinery,and the collected data includes: identification start time,agricultural machine working state data,agricultural machine working state video data,agricultural machine running GPS data;software system function module mainly includes: data reading module,Data visualization module,fault intelligent analysis and judgment module,suspected fault video domain location module,suspected fault identification module.(3)A fault classification method for agricultural machinery based on K-means clustering algorithm is proposed.In the case that the existing manual judgment has limitations,the K-means clustering algorithm is used to classify the operating state of the agricultural implements,and the state of the implements in the identification process is determined.The working status of agricultural machinery is divided into three categories: normal working condition of machine,abnormal state of machine and state of machine stop.(4)The system was developed using C#winform framework and Visual Studio to realize various functions in system design.At present,the system has been put into use in the identification of agricultural machinery in the agricultural machinery identification station.
