Salmonella is one of the common pathogenic bacteria of human and animal zoonosis. It can cause inflammatory reactions such as diarrhea in sick humans and livestock.Severe cases can lead to sepsis and even endanger life.Such harm poses a serious threat to human security and the economy of aquaculture. The intestine is one of the important organs of water and salt metabolism.Studies have shown that the abnormal expression of AQPs in the intestine will have different effects on the absorption of water in the intestine. Therefore, the effect of aquaporin expression on intestinal water transport has been the focus of research, but the current reports are mainly concentrated in mammals such as humans, rats and mice. After the invasion of Salmonella, the expression of aquaporin in the intestines of chicks is still a blind spot.In this study,Salmonella was isolated and identified in some chicken farms in Jilin province by means of PCR identification, biochemical identification, serotype detection and virulence gene detection. Then, the effects of isolated Salmonella wild strain and Salmonella standard strain on the pathogenicity of chicks were verified by oral antivirus experiments and HE staining. Finally, the aquaporin of chicks was detected, and the changes of aquaporin gene were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method after 1,3,5 and 7 days of poisoning. The experimental results are as follows:1,successfully isolated 7 strains of Salmonella, healthy chickens, sick and dead chickens separation rate of 7%,4%;In line with the biochemical characteristics of Salmonella;Serotype identification showed that 7 wild bacteria belong to Salmonella D group;Seven strains of Salmonella SPI-2 were missing.2,Salmonella infection on chicks pathogenic, the specific manifestations of malaise, loss of appetite, increase in drinking water, slow weight growth and other symptoms; The liver has a needle tip size bleeding point, the heart spleen is swollen, the color is dark red,the intestine is scattered in the bleeding point, and the cecum is swollen; The broiler's intestinal Villi breaks seriously, produces the cavitation structure, the cardiomyocyte necrosis, the liver cell breaks.3,chicks duodenal AQP1,AQP3,AQP5,AQP7,AQP11 gene expression. After oral poisoning,AQP1,AQP3,AQP5,AQP11 gene expression decreased, the difference was very significant. Therefore,we conclude that Salmonella can affect the expression of aquaporin in the intestines of chicks after infecting them.
