Alfalfa is an artificial forage with largest planting area in China.With the increasing demand for high quality leguminous forage in China,it has become the hottest leguminous forage studied by breeding experts.Previous studies on the allocation of hybrid combinations focused on the production traits and Heterosis of F1 hybrids,but seldom on the screening and identification of male parent materials.In order to screen out the highquality germplasm resources of mixed alfalfa-resistant Alfalfa,the study firstly screened the salt tolerance and agronomic traits of 50 different male parent materials,and then the salt-tolerant superior male and sterile lines(MS-GN)hybridization was carried out to obtain the hybrid generation,and the salt tolerance and agronomic shape were screened again.By combining the combining ability and heterosis analysis of the hybrid combination,an excellent hybridization combination was finally selected.The results are as follows:(1)The fathers with good tolerance are: 10-7091,10-7451,10-7440,10-7957,10-7868,Gongnong 1st,10-7393,10-7470,10-7262,10-7823,10-7679,10-7859,10-7204 and Zhonghao No.1.The results of agronomic traits and comprehensive analysis of the above 14 composite salt-tolerant and salt-tolerant male materials were as follows: 10-7823,10-7204,10-7393.The yield of 10-7823,10-7204 and 10-7393 grasses showed significant synthetical performance,followed by 10-7451,Gongnong No.1,10-7868,Zhonglu No.1,10-7262,10-7091.Grass quality of 10-7440 and 10-7204 showed significant comprehensive performance.In conclusion,10-7204 is a paternal material with good performance in all aspects.(2)Alfalfa salt-tolerant and high-quality male and female sterile lines(MS-GN)were crossed to obtain the first-generation F1,and the salt tolerance and agronomic traits were screened again.F1 generation hybrid combination resistance to salt and alkali physiological indicators membership function value can be obtained the following order: No.1 > 13 > 7 > 12 > 5 > 14 > 6 > 2 > 3 > 9 > 10 No.>4>8>11;grass production clustering analysis ranked No.2,No.14,No.6,No.10,No.1 ranked first,grass quality clustering analysis ranked No.12,No.14,3 No.8,No.7,ranked first.(3)In the analysis of heterosis,the No.6 combination had the highest super-parent advantage,and the No.11 combination had the highest over-standard advantage.In the gray correlation analysis,the order of weighted relevance and equal weight correlation is basically the same.The highest and lowest hybrid combinations are consistent in the two correlation methods.The highest is combination 3,and various traits are integrated.Outstanding performance,followed by combination 6,combination 13.(4)Combining the two major experiments,it can be concluded that the male parent materials 10-7393,10-7262,and Zhongyi No.1 performed well in the combining ability with the female sterile line,and the hybrid combination obtained with the female sterile line also had salt tolerance determination and yield quality.Preferably,combinations 3,6,and 13 can be determined as excellent hybrid combinations screened.
