With the short labor cycle,high labor intensity and quality requirements,the work of the clamping kelp is one of the urgent problems to be solved in the development of aquaculture industry.Entrusted by Weihai xunshan group co.,LTD,designed a kelp seedling-clamped machine of high efficiency,reliability and reasonable structure.Based on theoretical analysis of the rope of clamping kelp seeding,Mathematical model about the principle of becoming a rope and the theory of internal force and torque are established and simulated to provide theoretical basis of the rope that is twisted to form an opening for mechanics,which also lays a foundation for the study of mechanical properties of rope deformation.Completed the assembly,commissioning and trial production of the kelp seedling-clamped machine.Developed the first kelp seedling-clamped machine based on the sample machine of Fujian.According to the summary of machine developing,formed perceptual knowledge for the movement parameters,functional requirements and advantages and disadvantages,then completed the new generation single helical kelp seedling-clamped machine.Using the theory of topology and the principle of the minimum potential energy of elastic mechanics expounded the rope forming mechanism.Using the principle of conservation of energy established the relation model of twist number and rotary number of rope.The six differential mechanical control equations and the axial torque equations of the seedling rope under the equilibrium state are derived by using the Kirchhoff equation.For the problem of the ropes' gap,simulated mechanical model that is rope opening torque as the main research object.Completed the parts processing,procurement,assembly and debugging of the single helical kelp seedling-clamped machine.Based on the key technology research of the machine,solved the main problems of affecting the success rate of clamping seedling.Using the simulation parameters carried out the experiment of clamping seedling.The experimental results show that the success rate is more than 97% under the premise of high quality of seaweed seedling and rope.The successful development of the machine has laid a solid basis for the industrialized production of the kelp seedling-clamped machine,and had certain guiding significance for the study of the properties of related flexible physical strength.
