The water resources of our country are relatively scarce,and the freshwater rescources per capita are only a quarter of the average level of the world's freshwater amount.The northern region,north of Huai River,which has more than half of the land in the country,while the water rescources there account for only 15% of the total.Moreover,the north-south distribution of water rescources is very unbalanced.Agricultural water accounts for 61.5% of all kinds of wate useage in the nationwide,among which irrigation water accounts for a high propotion of agricultural water use.Therefore it is necessary to develop water-saving irrigation in our country.In view of the problems existing in water-saving irrigation project,based on the innovation project of agricultural machinery equipment research and development in Shandong province(research and development 2017 YH 004 of high efficiency water and fertilizer medicine integrated sprinkler irrigation machine),the mechanical structure of sprinkler irrigation machine is designed by taking JP75-300 S high efficiency sprinkler irrigation machine as the research object,and the self-pressure microgravity fertilizer applicatin method and propotional fertilizer injection pump are adopted.With the help of finite element simulation software,the state of truss in watering and fertilizing is studied,thus the suitalbe size of truss pipe fittings are obtained.The test results of the sprinkler irrigaion and watering are carried out on the prototype,which are compared with those of flooding irrigation mode.The results show that the developed sprinkle irrigation has a good effect of watering and ferrilizing.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Not only the mechanical structure of sprinkler irrigation is designed,but the fertilization device is improved.The former design of fertilization installation,using the principle of self-pressure microfertilization method and Venturi fertilization,which was found that the recoil resistance of venturi ferilizer application to water pressure was no strong during the experiment,and the phenomenon of suction fertilizer when irrigation appeared occasionaly.Therefore,the method of self-pressure microgravity fertilization combined with proportional fertilizer pump was used for watering and fertilization(2)The finite element analysis of truss structure is carried out,and the appropriatematerial and size of truss members are selected.The truss structure of sprinkler irrigation machine maily bears the water weight and the dead weight load,so the reliability and economy of the structure should be taken into account in the design.(3)The numerical simulation of the flow field of the sprinkler is carried out by using Flunent software,while the uniformity and water distribution of the sprinkler are studied and analyzed.(4)The experiment of corn experiment was carried out in the field test site of ZhangKou village,Liji Town,YunCheng County,Heze City,and the irrigation water cunsumption,corn yield and water use efficiency were studied and analyzed.The sprinkler irrigation mode of coil sprinkler is easy to operate and has strong economic adaptability,which has the advantage of saving water and labor force,strong adaptability to land and so on.It is welcomed by the local farmers during the field operation test of the prototype in the tese base,in a sense,which also plays a part in agricultural extension to the use of sprinkler irrigation machine.
