| Aiming at many limitations in our country’s agricultural irrigation such as difficulty of energy supply, serious waste of water resources, serious leakage of center-pivot sprinkler and the inconvenience of hose reel sprinkler, we give full play to advantages of flexible operation and strong applicability to the traditional truss sprinkler to realize agricultural energy saving, emission reduction and precise irrigation by the effective use of solar energy. Through combining the photovoltaic power generation technology with advanced water-saving irrigation technology, and relying on modern sensor technology, wireless transmission technology, GPS navigation and visualization of touch technology, and integrating light, machine, electricity and efficient use of solar energy technology as a whole, we designed a digital control dynamical system to meet high performance operation requirement of truss type sprinkler based on DSP and ARM. The specific design work includes the following aspects:(1)Based on a study on the output characteristics and the external influencing rules of photovoltaic cells by PSIM and Simulink model simulation, this paper designs technologies related to MPPT to improve the conversion rate of photovoltaic module.(2)With the aid of PV System, a professional photovoltaic design software, the paper analyses photovoltaic capacity configuration and its economic features, and designs a management system of solar charging and discharging and an optimization system of power supply mode switch.(3)According to the mathematical model of PMSM, the basic principle and control algorithm of SVPWM techniques, this paper completes the corresponding hardware circuit design of control board, power board and display board based on DSP2812, with the speed regulation of permanent magnet synchronous motor as the control object. Software that it is both the vector control scheme for PMSM and variable step length perturbation and observation tracking in the CCS development environment was developed. A the same time, software and hardware design was implemented in speed current double closed loop limited single-stage reversible PWM speed control system design on sprinkler’s DC drive motor. After completing research on the speed control system above, the dynamic performance of the system was verified by MATLAB/Simulink.(4)In view of the working characteristic of hose reel sprinkler and canal feeding sprinkler that have truss, the constant water level automatic control system, AC and DC water pressurized system, GPS electric combined navigation self-propelled system and a smart touch system were designed and then the prototype was built and tested.Finally, in order to verify the system’s reliability and practicability, half a year’s irregular test of field irrigation was implemented. Results show that the system is reliable. It not only achieves high-precision intelligence operation and precise irrigation, but also effectively promotes the development of environment-friendly photovoltaic agriculture. That unit has obvious energy saving feature and high irrigation quality, so it meets the design and production requirements of overall performance with a wide application prospect. The research initially establishes a set of theoretical and practical system of solar-powered self-propelled truss sprinkler, which will contribute to a long-term development of solar-powered irrigator. |
