Sitobion avenae Fabricius(Hemiptera:Aphididae)can suck wheat leaves and ears,and secretes honeydew to cause coal pollution of Wheat.It is the dominant population of wheat aphid in Shandong.At present,the main control method to S.avenae depends on chemical control.However,it generally exists the problem of overusing of insecticide and low pesticide utilization and so on.In order to find the new ways of reducing the insecticide and enhancing the effects,our study had provided the reference of choosing the pesticide and dosage by screening insecticide to prevent and control S.avenae,reducing the dosage of insecticide directly and reducing the dosage of insecticide by mixing insecticide.And the parameters of the3 planting machines were compared,which can provide reference for the selection of plant protection machinery.The main results are as follows:1.Indoor toxicity test show that the pyrethroids had the highest toxicity in 24 h,and the virulence of imidacloprid and pymetrozine in 24 h were 32.941 mg/L and 285.303mg/L,respectively.The results of field efficacy showed that:It has rapid efficiency and better persistence by making 10%bifenthrin EW and 2.5%lambda-cyhalothrin EC according to the concentration of 20 mL/667m~2 to control S.avenae.It has general rapid efficiency after one day by making 50%pymetrozine WG,1.8%avermectin SC,22%sulfoxaflor SC and 22.4%spirotetramat SC according to the concentration of 6 g/667m~2,40 mL/667m~2,10 mL/667m~2and 20 mL/667m~2 separately to control S.avenae,but they all have good persistence.It has a better rapid efficiency and a worse persistence by making 0.3%matrine AS and 0.5%veratridine AS according to the concentration of 150 mL/667m~2 and 100 mL/667m~2 separately to control aphid S.avenae.Matrine and veratridine can be used to prevent pest outbreaks before crops harvest.2.The results of the application of insecticide reduction showed that 50%pymetrozine WG and 22%sulfoxaflor SC be reduced 33%at the base of the standard lowest concentration in the field.It effects well after 7~14 d by mixing 22%sulfoxaflor SC and 0.3%matrine AS,50%pymetrozine WG or 2.5%lambdacy-halothrin EC according to different ratio and reduced the dosage of them.It has rapid efficiency and persistence by mixing 22%sulfoxaflor SC reduced by 25%and 0.3%matrine AS reduced by 75%,and also it can reduce the amount of25%chemical components.It has rapid efficiency and persistence by mixing 22%sulfoxaflor SC reduced by 50%~75%and 2.5%lambdacy-halothrin EC reduced by 25%~50%,and also it can reduce the amount of 44.32%~66.48%active components.3.The results of the comparison of the mechanical sprays of the three plant protection machineries are as follows.The droplet size is small but the density is too low,the penetration is medium,the uniformity is good,the mechanical stability is poor,and the droplet drift is serious.The droplet density of the sprayer sprayer is large,but the droplet size is large,and the droplet penetration is strong.But the uniformity is poor,the mechanical stability is strong,and the liquid loss is serious.The electric sprayer has large droplet density and smaller droplet size,which is suitable for spraying insecticide.The penetrability of droplets is poor and the uniformity is between the other two kinds of machines.The stability is poor,the deposition rate is high,and the water consumption is lower than that of the sprayer spray machine.The loss of the liquid is more serious and the droplet drift is less.
