| Xiamen is a typical international port city with a huge ecosystem of coastal wetland services and economic value.From February to October of 2017,the mangrove wetland in Xiamen Bay was used as the research object in this paper,and the distribution of true mangroves and Spartina alterniflora along the coast of the Xiamen Bay and the major islands were carried out using ground surveys,UAV aerial photography,and remote sensing image analysis.A site survey and a valuation of the service functions of the mangrove wetland in Xiamen Bay was carried out,too.The basic research findings are as follows:1)The number of species of mangrove plant in Xiamen BaySampling and on-site observation of the mangrove plantation in the Xiamen Bay,through the biological identification of mangrove plants,mastered 7 species and 7 genera of 6families of true mangrove plants in Xiamen Bay,including Kandelia obovate?Avicennia marina?Aegiceras corniculatum?Bruguiera gymnorrhiza?Rhizophora stylosa?Sonneratia apetala and Laguncularia racemosa?2)Distribution Pattern and Area of Mangrove Plants in Xiamen BayXiamen Bay mangroves are distributed in five administrative regions,and are distributed in 29 sites of the five administrative regions of Siming,Huli,Jimei,Haicang and Xiang'an under the jurisdiction of Xiamen City with an area of 760 536 m~2.Among them,the planting area is less than one year,and the unforested area on the coast of the future accounts for6.12%of the total area.The area of mangroves in Xiatanwei Wetland Park accounts for66.33%of the total area.The area of Avicennia marina in the mouth of the Nine Streams Estuary accounts for 4.03%of the total area.The area of mangroves on the island accounts for3.25%of the total area.3)This paper studys the distribution pattern and area of Spartina alterniflora in Xiamen Bay.The area of Spartina alterniflora in Xiamen Bay is about 696 950 m2.99%of the area is distributed on the sides of the Dadeng Bridge in Xiang'an District,Dongyuan and at the mouth of the Nine Streams Estuary.In the sea areas along the Haicang Avenue,Haicang Bridge South Bus Station,Cape No.9,Dongyu Village,Taidi and future coast have also been found.The total area is 1464 m~2.It was discovered through drone shooting and island investigation that the white rabbit island,Treasure island,Big rabbit island,Little rabbit island,Fire islandand Chicken island also had a total area of 5061 m~2.In addition,it was found in Jimei District's Fenglin Bay,Moonlight Park and Xiatan Wei.4)Completion of the assessment of service value of mangrove wetland ecological functions in Xiamen BayIntegrating the universality of service functions of wetland ecosystems and the special characteristics of mangrove ecosystems,this paper divides the ecological functions of mangrove wetlands in Xiamen into supply services(Litter and fishery production)and regulating services(wave protection,water purification,carbon fixation,The negative effect of greenhouse gas emissions),cultural services(Research Education and Ecotourism)and support services(important habitats and afforestation functions)and other four types and 10subcategories,and the ecological mangrove wetland ecosystem service was calculated.The total value of mangrove wetland services in Xiamen is 3.4246 million CNY/year and 451thousand yuan/hm~2,Among the 10 service functions,afforestation functions,coastal protection,important habitats and ecological tourism are the top four service function values,accounting forthetotal service value26.63%?20.69%?13.35%and 12.4%,respectively.The results provided specific economic scale for the protection and development of mangrove wetland and the public's understanding of the value of mangrove health services.The protection and development of wetlands and the public's understanding of the value of mangrove eco-services provide specific value measures and provide a basis for the decision-making of the Xiamen coastal wetland protection and restoration program. |
