Study On Sustainable Development And Utilization Of Marine Fishery Resources In Zhejiang Province

China is the country with vast sea area,long coastline and rich marine fishery resources.In marine resources,marine fisheries the first industry is the most important part of the marine industry,which is also one of the most important industrial activities in the coastal areas of China.As for whether the marine fishery can be developed and utilized reasonably,it directly affects the economic benefits of the national marine industry,as well as the social and environmental benefits,which thus is obvious to see its important position.Over the years,the development of China’s marine fishery is in a state of disorder due to the blind pursuit of economic benefits.Meanwhile,people mistakenly believe that marine fishery resources are inexhaustible.Although high-intensity,uncontrolled fishing and development intensity bring rich economic benefits to coastal fishermen in a certain period,people find that economic benefits are not increased accordingly with the continuous improvement of fishing and development intensity,which has gradually decreased instead.Even the more increase in fishing,the more economic losses appears.To solve the above problems,it takes Zhejiang Province as an example in this paper to conduct a series of in-depth investigation and research on the utilization of marine fishery resources.From different aspects and angles,it uses the relevant theories of public management to analyze and elaborate the solutions to the problems related to the sustainable development and utilization of marine fishery resources in Zhejiang Province,so as to provide feasible countermeasures and measures for the scientific fishery legislation,the improvement of regulatory system and the enrichment of regulatory theory.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of Marine fishery resources and their development and utilization in Zhejiang province with the method of field investigation and research.This paper holds that there are many problems in the development and utilization of Marine fishery resources in Zhejiang province,which directly affect its sustainable development.Therefore,the paper finally tries to put forward some targeted policy Suggestions to solve the problems in the development and utilization of Marine fishery resources in Zhejiang province,promote its sustainable development,reverse the declining trend of Marine fishery resources,and restore the reputation of "China’s fish warehouse".
