At present,the traditional soilless cultivation device has the problems such as large volume and high cost,difficult in disassembling,and wasting in space.While the liquid supply method in most of cultivation devices is belongs to open liquid supply technology.Although the cost is low and easy to operate,it will lead to the waste of nutrient solution and environmental pollution.However,the circulating liquid supply technology can realize the reuse of nutrient solution,but many users are discouraged due to its high cost and technical difficulty.So as to improve the problems mentioned,combined with the cultivation situation of greenhouse in Houyi Community in Qingquan Street,Shenbei New District,Shenyang City,Liaoning Province,this thesis has designed a new kind of soilless stereoscopic cultivation device that is suitable for the small-scale planting mode bsaed on investigation.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,based on the soilless cultivation technique,the cultivation device of low plantings is taken as the research object,and the structural design of the small-scale soilless stereoscopic cultivation device is carried out.Each component of the cultivation device is relatively independent so that it can be adjusted according to space and individual needs by users.The design of small-scale soilless stereoscopic cultivation device provides a reference for the application and popularization of the soilless stereoscopic cultivationSecondly,so as to realize the application of the automatic liquid supply technology in the soilless stereoscopic cultivation device,bsaed on the fuzzy control algorithm,by using Arduino development board,the automatic liquid supply system is designed which is set humidity as the detection object.And then,in order to transmit the humidity information to the users in time,the mobile terminal App based on human-computer interaction system is developed by taking E4 A as the development platform,and WiFi technology is used to connect automatic liquid supply with human-computer interaction system.Thereby,the humidity of the soilless stereoscopic cultivation device can be monitored and controlled in anytime and anywhere,which brings convenience for smallscale soilless stereoscopic cultivation.Finally,as a supplement small-scale soilless stereoscopic cultivation,so as to realize the lazy-planting in family,the capillary phenomenon is utilized as principle in this thesis,and the basic experimental research on the automatic liquid supply method of the soilless stereoscopic cultivation device is carried out.The experiment tests the water absorption capacity and water absorption height among different kinds of capillary media,and has obtained some specific test data results.It provids a certain reference value for the smallscale soilless stereoscopic cultivation of the family planting.
