The technology of soilless culture is a kind of new agricultural technology that can culture crops with nutrient liquid instead of soil. It breaks away from natural environment limit, and can achieve the purpose of good quality and high output of crops; moreover, computer control technology applied in soilless culture production can accomplish the mechanization and automation of agriculture culture, thus advancing industrialization gradually.In our country the area of soilless culture increase quickly, but its equipment is in digestion absorption and experimental phrase now and hasn't been applied to production. Mix and irrigation of nutrition liquid are the core of the technology, and at present its control equipment mainly depends on introduction from other countries, which costs a lot and is difficult for popularizing. So studying a kind of equipment to replace the overseas machine, which is cheap and meets the needs of production, is an urgent need to develop our own soilless couture equipment.The paper is the study of mix and irrigation automation control system of soilless culture nutrition liquid. The main adjusting parameters of the control system about control nutrient liquid are consistence and acid. The system, which is a kind of closed control system, includes switching circuit, analogue input and output circuit, keyboard display circuit, alarm circuit, driving circuit, execution mechanism etc. It achieves the automation adjustment of nutrient liquid and irrigation by modular design method. The result of measure circuit stability test and coupling test shows that the equipment can reach the request of precision, especially it costs low, which is fit to our national conditions. So it will have more potentiality in future and will push soilless culture development of our country.
