| Shanhu Reservoir Irrigation Area and Hewangba Reservoir Irrigation Area is located in Zhuzhen Town and Maji Town northwest of Luhe District,Nanjing City,The watershed of the Huaihe river and the Yangtze river basin runs through two irrigated areas from south to north.Shanhu reservoir irrigation area is in the Yangtze River Basing while Hewangba reservoir irrigation area belongs to the Huaihe River Basin.The diversity of terrain in the irrigation areas,including the low mountains and hills,will easily lead to drought and great threat to agriculture.The water gap is large,if only relying on the local water resources in the irrigation area,The Shanhu reservoir and Hewangba reservoir are short of water in different levels of years.For the present level year,the water shortage of Shanhu reservoir is 11.65 million m3,21.644 million m3,And for the long-term level year,the water shortage is 9.596 million m3,17.107 million m3 with different irrigation guarantee rates(P=75%,P=95%).While for the Hewangba reservoir they are 19.18 million m3,17.107million m3 for the present level year,and 15.892 million m3,31.252 million m3 for the long-term level year.Therefore,it’s necessary to carry out the joint operation by pumping stations water transfer for Shanhu Reservoir Irrigation Area and Hewangba Reservoir Irrigation Area.The research contents and methods were in this thesis are as follows:The three small reservoirs,Zhenghong,Quanlin and caoying,in the irrigation area of Shanhu reservoir are generalized into a generalized reservoir Ⅰ.In the dry period,Shanhu reservoir will supply the generalized reservoir Ⅰ with water for replenishment.Yangying,niqiao,Wangzhuang and other three small reservoirs in the irrigation area of hewangba reservoir are generalized into a generalized reservoir Ⅱ.Hewangba reservoir is responsible for the water demand of generalized reservoir Ⅱ in the dry period.Joint operation of water resources is carried out for generalized reservoir Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Shanhu reservoir,hewangba reservoir and Chaoyang River in Zhuzhen town.The optimal allocation model of water resources in the irrigation area of Shanhu hewangba reservoir is constructed by minimizing the sum of water costs in each stage of each reservoir as the objective function.According to the operation rules,the water resources between the reservoirs are routinely operated;The Whale Optimization Algorithm is used to optimize the water resources system based on MATLAB platform,and the results are compared.The results indicate that the optimal operation will save 1090,00 yuan and reduce the pumping water by 5.6×105m3 when P=75%,while for P=95%,the cost will decrease by 2100,00 yuan and pumping water will be reduced by 2.1×106 m3. |
