After the implementation of the "grain-to-feed" policy,livestock farming has driven silage corn planting to promote the adjustment of the planting and breeding structure in the grain-to-feed demonstration area.Against the background of agricultural reforms to adjust the planting structure and green and healthy development,increase The production efficiency of the "breeding" combination of breeding and breeding has become the key to development.Hebei is a major agricultural province,and has advantages in silage corn planting and the development of animal husbandry.In 2015,Hebei Province became the first batch of demonstration provinces and vigorously implemented it.With the implementation of the combination of cultivation and breeding in Hebei Province,the continuous development of the combination of cultivation and breeding is affected by various factors.The main business entities have different investment allocations and management structures of production indicators,which affects the production efficiency of the model.Therefore,based on the 25 demonstration areas of the "grain to feed"demonstration project in Hebei Province,this paper conducts a production efficiency evaluation study on the "silage corn+aquaculture" combination model,which can not only find the existence of the combination model in different demonstration areas.The problem can also provide a reference for the scientific planning and development of the Hebei province’s integrated model of cultivation and breeding,which has practical significance for improving the input and output levels of the demonstration area with insufficient production efficiency,maximize the effect of reform,and increase farmers’ income It is a necessary condition for promoting rural revitalization.Based on emergy conversion,improved EBM model analysis method and production efficiency theory,this paper has conducted four aspects of research on the production efficiency of the "grain to feed" demonstration project "silage corn+aquaculture"combined breeding model in Hebei Province:First,the current status of the "silage corn+farming" breeding model in Hebei Province was introduced from four aspects:natural conditions,silage corn planting,animal husbandry and the "silage corn+breeding"breeding model.Second,based on the field survey data of 25 demonstration areas of "grain to feed" in Hebei Province in 2018,the input and output indicators were converted into emergy based on emergy,and a production efficiency evaluation system was constructed.Third,using the initial EBM model,improved EBM super-efficiency model and projection analysis,the production efficiency of the 25 demonstration areas combined with the cultivation model was calculated,and combined with the measurement results,the specific conditions of the production efficiency of each demonstration area were finally obtained.Fourth,on the basis of a summary analysis of the empirical results,the following conclusions are drawn:in the process of implementing the combination of breeding and maintenance,potential problems in management and management exist in some business entities,and the comprehensive efficiency of resource indicators is not effective.The scale of the demonstration area’s resource index input is not enough.In order to achieve better production efficiency,the scale of its operations should be further expanded.The redundancy of resource index input generally exists in demonstration areas where both comprehensive efficiency and technical efficiency are ineffective.At the same time,according to the research conclusions and policy conditions of this article,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are divided into demonstration areas and targeted.The innovation of this article mainly reflects that compared with the existing research,the "silage corn+farming" breeding and breeding combination model of Hebei Province is taken as the main body to evaluate the production efficiency,and the emergy analysis method in ecological economics is used to carry out each index.Emergy conversion,incorporating intangible indicators and tangible indicators into the production efficiency system at the same time,a comprehensive evaluation of the combination model of farming and breeding based on the demonstration project of "grain to feed" in Hebei Province,to further improve the integration of grain and feeding in Hebei Province The mode of production efficiency has a certain impact on enhancing the competitiveness of Hebei’s agricultural industry.
