Research On The Transformation Of Island Fishing Villages Based On The Investigation Of Daishan Nanfeng Fishing Village

Building a strong maritime country is an important development strategy for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to speed up the construction of a maritime power.One of the basic conditions for a strong marine country is that the marine economy is highly developed,which accounts for a high proportion of the total economic volume,has a high contribution rate to economic growth,and has a strong capacity of marine development and protection.Changing the mode of economic growth and promoting the sustainable development of marine fishery are the basic objectives of the transformation of marine fishery in China.To achieve this goal,we need to rely on the transformation of marine fishermen,traditional fishery labor force to modern fishery labor force.In the process of transformation,the occupation or identity of fishermen has changed,completing the transformation from fishery to other industries,so that the development of marine fishery can get rid of excessive dependence on marine ecological resources,and realize the sustainable development of marine fishing villages.With the deterioration of marine ecological environment and over fishing expansion,Zhoushan gradually fell into the dilemma of "no fish in the East China Sea".In 2016,we began to find ways to reduce the number of legal fishing boats.Subsequently,the implementation plan for reducing the number of fishing boats and changing production of marine fishermen announced that Zhejiang would reduce the total power and number of fishing boats year by year,and then gradually reduce the fishing intensity.By 2020,the province plans to decommission 2580 of the more than 20000 marine fishing boats.These two measures are related to the revitalization of Zhoushan's traditional fishery,and how to solve the problem of food and clothing after fishermen go ashore.The follow-up development of the industry has become the most important issue at present.To achieve this goal,we need to rely on the transformation of marine fishermen and marine fishery,and explore a transformation of sustainable development Lu wants to find out the history of fishing village systematically,that is,the process of transformation from traditional fishing village to modern fishing village,and analyze its development trend and influence.Based on the investigation of Nanfeng village,a model of Zhoushan fishing village,this paper objectively reflects the positive impact of marine fishing village on fisheries and fishermen in the transformation.Through the investigation and analysis of the history of Nanfeng fishing village,we can really understand the changes of marine fishing village in the industrial transformation and fishermen's role transformation,the changes and development in the process of fishery economic transformation,the situation of employed fishermen,the changes of fishery economic development structure,and the catch process Based on the field survey,this paper discusses the existing and facing problems in the current development of Nanfeng village's fishery,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of the fishery.There are six chapters in this paper: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research purpose,research methods and research progress at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the basic concepts of island fishing village,conversion of production to industry,leisure fishery and so on.The third chapter discusses the background and historical process of the transformation of island fishing villages in China,and analyzes the necessity of the transformation of fishing villages and the transformation of fishermen.The fourth chapter takes Nanfeng fishing village of Zhoushan as an example,and records the history of fishery transformation of Nanfeng fishing village according to historical records.The fifth chapter analyzes the changes of Nanfeng fishermen in fishery transformation.The sixth chapter puts forward the problems of the fishermen in the process of changing production and business,and the integration of fishery and tourism.In the seventh chapter,the author puts forward the basic countermeasures and path selection for the transformation of coastal fishing villages in view of the problems such as the difficulty of fishermen's transformation and the imperfection of recreational fishery policies.
