Study On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Traditional Marine Fishing Villages In Shanghai

With the increasingly depletion of China's offshore fishery resources,the development of traditional marine fishing villages in China is facing many difficulties.Shanghai's fishery has experienced a thousand years of development.It has successfully developed from a small fishing village to a modern metropolis.Fishery production used to be the basic industry in Shanghai.With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process,the proportion of Shanghai Fisheries in the local economic development is becoming smaller and smaller,and the development status of traditional marine fishing villages is becoming less and less important.It is of great significance for the future of traditional marine fishing villages to understand the status of traditional marine fishing villages in Shanghai and find out good development strategies.This paper takes xijiagang fishing village as an example to study the development of traditional marine fishing villages in Shanghai.It is beneficial to understand the current situation and existing problems of traditional marine fishing villages in Shanghai,find new income growth points,realize the healthy and sustainable development of fishing villages,provide theoretical basis for the transformation and development of traditional marine fishing villages in Shanghai,and provide relevant policies and suggestions for relevant departments to promote the economic development of traditional marine fishing villages.This paper collects the fishery data of xijiagang fishing village in the past five years,designs a questionnaire,and makes a visit to the villagers of xijiagang fishing village to understand the concerns and difficulties of the fishermen,and inquires the fishermen's Thoughts on the future development of the fishing village.By using the methods of literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis and experience summary,this paper analyzes the general situation of xijiagang fishery village development,production,infrastructure construction and leisure fishery development,and roughly grasps the current situation of xijiagang fishery village development.From the aspects of fishery resources and production operation,fishery labor force and fishery labor market,infrastructure construction,leisure fishery development,we have a deep understanding of the problems faced by the development of xijiagang fishing village,and draw lessons from the successful cases of the development of fishing villages in other regions,and put forward the development strategies of xijiagang fishing village.The development strategies summarized in this study are as follows:First,pay attention to sustainable development and improve production and operation technology.The development of fishery and fishing village must pay attention to the development of ecological environment,adopt scientific and reasonable methods to maintain the marine ecological balance,only pay attention to sustainable development can we develop fishery economy while protecting the ecological environment.Second,strengthen the cultivation of fishery labor force.In view of the current development of xijiagang fishing village and the demand of modern fishery,the demand for fishery labor force is not the traditional fishery labor force as before,but the fishery management and technical talents with strong professional ability,education background and quality.Third,strengthen the cultural construction of fishing villages.Rural culture is the soul of the country.Only when culture flourishes can the country flourish.Xijiagang fishing village needs to strengthen cultural construction,cultivate marine culture and fishing culture,and enrich the cultural life of fishermen.Fourth,increase infrastructure construction.Xijiagang fishing village needs to improve the fishery infrastructure and management environment,beautify the appearance of fishing village and improve the fishing port and local fishery infrastructure according to the current actual situation.Fifth,we should create new ways to generate income and focus on developing recreational fisheries.Xijiagang fishing village,as the largest fishing village in Shanghai,should make use of regional and geographical advantages,strengthen investment in fishery innovation,use scientific and innovative methods,focus on the development of leisure fishery,and lead fishing villages and fishermen to accelerate the upgrading and transformation of industrial structure.
