Cultivated land resources are an important part of land resources and the material basis on which human beings depend for survival. They are related to China's food security and the immediate interests of the people. The current situation of more people and less land and the continuous advancement of urbanization in China determine that every inch of land must be understood and used properly. The soil quality is uneven and changes with time, and the soil characteristics have obvious differences in different spatial positions and have a high degree of spatial variability. Therefore, grasping the current status of cultivated land quality and formulating corresponding cultivated land management zones according to the spatial differentiation rules of cultivated land in various regions can reduce management costs, increase crop yields, rationally use and protect cultivated land, and are important for advancing China's agricultural management level and realizing agricultural modernization.Meaning.Based on summarizing the relevant research theories and achievements at home and abroad, this study selected agricultural land in various districts and counties in Feicheng,Shandong Province as the research area, combined with the actual situation, using GIS,GPS technology and geostatistics methods, using GIS + software to construct semi-variation Function model,ArcGIS software calculates the Moran index, deeply studies the spatial variability of agricultural land in Feicheng City, uses fuzzy c-means clustering method to partition the soil in the study area, determines the optimal number of partitions and partition area, and proposes for each partition Management measures and recommendations. The conclusion of the study is as follows:(1)From the descriptive statistical analysis results,it can be seen that the nutrient content of the soil in Feicheng City is generally at the upper middle level, among which the alkaline nitrogen and available potassium are at the upper middle level, the available pHospHorus is at the extremely high level, and the organic matter is at the middle level, but the variability is relatively high Large,alkali-decomposed nitrogen, available pHospHorus, available potassium, and organic matter are all at moderate variation intensity, and different soil nutrients are very unstable in the study area. The variability changes from strong to weakto available pHospHorus> organic matter> available potassium> alkaline nitrogen> pH.The overall variability is large, which poses a great challenge to agricultural production management. The study of the spatial variability of soil nutrients has a very important role in guiding agricultural production management and achieving precision agriculture.(2)Analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of soil nutrient data through semi-variance function model and Kriging difference.Alkaline nitrogen, available pHospHorus and available potassium have similar distribution trends, generally showing better in the east and west, and south Poor trend in the north. The organic matter and pH value showed a similar change trend, generally showing a trend of better in the south of the east and worse in the north of the west.(3)The fuzzy c-value clustering is used to divide the soil management zone based on soil nutrient index and the soil management zone based on principal component analysis and terrain factors.Compared with the soil management zoning map based on soil nutrients, the soil zoning of soil management zoning based on the combination of principal component analysis and topograpHic factors is more concentrated, the area of ??zoning 2 is greatly increased, and the zonings 1 and 3 are each reduced.Considering the difference between the two zoning methods comprehensively, the method based on the combination of principal component analysis and topograpHic factors is selected for higher reliability of soil management zoning.(4)Propose corresponding management measures for the results of nutrient zoning. The soil nutrient content of Partition 1 is at the upper middle level, and the application of pHospHate fertilizer should be controlled, and the application of farm fertilizer and soil conditioner should be used to improve the soil;the soil nutrient content of Partition 2 is generally low,and attention should be paid to supplementing nitrogen and potassium fertilizers; The soil nutrient content is high, the application of pHospHate fertilizer and potash fertilizer should be controlled, and the soil acidity is strong, and the farmhouse fertilizer and acid-base conditioner should be applied to improve the soil acidity.
