Based on the GIS technology and geo-statistics,the article has studied soil temporal-spatial variation of soil surface organic matter, available phosphorus and available potassium from 1982 to 2012 in Feidong,Anhui Province. The result from the test of paired sample and kriging interpolation indicate that soil nutrient content had sweeping changed by the change of land use, tillage methods and management. From 1982 to 2012,organic matter content in 1982 is 9.38g/kg and in 2012 is 20.02g/kg,increased 13.86mg/k gand the difference is remarkable.Available Phosphorus content increased 48.04mg/kg and the different is remarkable.Available potassium content increased...and the different is very remarkable. The spatial distribution of organic matter, available phosphorus and available potassium have changed in different degrees. The organic matter has rised. It means that organic fertilizer application is insufficient cause the consumption of organic matter is greater than supply and the content is gradually declining.Available potassium is consumedly influenced by human activities in these regions.Despite adding the potash fertilizer, potassium content still decend because the adding volume less than consumption.Such as the change of fertilization, land use and tillage can make the changes in soil nutrient is human factor.
