Under the environment of "Agricultural Internet+",my country’s layer breeding industry is constantly transforming.Use computer data processing technology to guide laying hen breeding enterprises to realize large-scale,standardized,intelligent and modern feeding management,establish and improve enterprise scale,branded high-quality commodity egg industry chain management system to ensure the production of high-quality and safe Commodity eggs,in order to obtain better economic benefits.At the same time,strengthen quality supervision,improve the level of traceability of commodity egg supply chain information,in order to better meet consumers’ food safety needs.This article uses the growth process of laying hens as the research basis to determine the key work of laying hen production process and the influencing factors of egg quality and safety.It uses PHP programming language and My SQL database,and applies the B/S version structure to the growth,environment and feeding of laying hens.Feeding,immunization,egg production,sales and other information for background monitoring and tracking records,designed a large-scale laying hen egg quality and safety traceability system process,to achieve enterprise intelligent management and egg quality safety traceability.In order to realize the design of commercial egg quality safety system for large-scale laying hen farms,the specific research contents are as follows:1.Establishment of production management information system of layer farm V1.0According to the demand analysis of the production management of large-scale layer breeding enterprises,understand the specific production process of each link of the layer breeding industry chain,design the functional management module of production layer production information,and screen the production data.Including personnel management,chicken farm information,environmental monitoring,material information,production information,knowledge base,remote diagnosis,testing information and platform maintenance nine functional modules,to provide information sources for the realization of egg quality safety traceability.2.Establishment of egg quality safety traceability system V1.0The system is set with different role permissions,and the login personnel can log in to the source tracking system conveniently and quickly from the preset website.;The batch query method can be used to retrieve the production information and veterinary service information collected by the production management information system of the layer farm,and scan the source code to query the production information of the layer,the disease control information of the flock and the egg quality detection information.After running and debugging,this system can provide consumers with traceability query service,and realize the traceability of the entire process of egg products from production to sales.3.Debugging and application of laboratory diagnosis and detection functionsIn order to debug the remote diagnosis related functions in the production management system of the layer farm,collect samples for laboratory diagnosis and display the disease prevention and control functions of the system.16 strains of staphylococci were isolated from liver tissues of dead laying hens.The 16 strains of staphylococcus were basically positive for mushroom,mannitol,mannose,fructose,xylose,maltose,and sucrose,and the urea and lactose tests were basically negative and Neither can reduce nitrate.Through sequencing comparison,4 strains were Staphylococcus squirrel and 12 strains were Staphylococcus slowi.4 strains of Staphylococcus squirrel were selected to test their susceptibility to 19 drugs.Nicole and other drugs are sensitive and resistant to cotrimoxazole,lincomycin,cephalosporins and other drugs.16 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were tested for 6 resistance genes and 7 virulence genes.As a result,5 strains of Staphylococcus contained the resistance gene fex A;1 strain contained the resistance gene cfr;7 strains contained the resistance gene erm B;2 strains contain the virulence gene hlb;1 strain contains the virulence gene coa;5 strains contain the virulence gene pvl.Finally,upload the experimental data,diagnosis process,diagnosis results,treatment methods,and expert suggestions to the system to generate a diagnosis and treatment report for the farmers.In order to ensure the quality and safety of eggs,the testing information function of the egg quality and safety traceability system was debugged,and 60 fresh eggs were collected for laboratory testing.Six kinds of antibiotic drugs,such as enrofloxacin,ofloxacin,and florfenicol,illegally added in eggs were detected by ultra performance liquid chromatography,and the results were not detected.None of the pathogens were detected in the egg liquid.Only E.coli,Bacillus cereus,Staphylococcus aureus,etc.were isolated on the surface of the eggshell.The testing center uploaded the above experimental results to each functional interface of the system to generate a test report.By scanning the QR code on the egg packaging of the commodity,you can choose to view related information,such as basic information,breeder information,production process,test results,and merchant introduction,which satisfies consumers’ right to know information in many ways.In summary the production management information system of the layer farm can realize the functions of collecting,inquiring,disease detection and other production information from layer breeding to egg sales,helping enterprises to realize production process supervision and scientific management.The egg quality and safety traceability system can generate a QR code with production and testing traceability information.Consumers can scan the QR code to understand product information to meet consumers’ right to know information and food safety needs.Laboratory testing can quickly realize the diagnosis and prevention of laying hen diseases,and the detection of egg antibiotic residues and bacterial contamination can effectively prevent food safety incidents to a certain extent.
