Lactic acid bacteria-Monascus medicine mixed additive significantly improves the Haugh units, eggshell thickness, improve eggshell redness, also can significantly improved yellowness. Two experimental groups can improve the eggshell brightness(3) Egg nutrition aspects:Lactic acid bacteria-ruber ruber Chinese medicine mixing additives and additive BIOSTIME have a good influence on the content of various nutrients in the egg yolk, and lactic acid bacteria-mixing additive Monascus best medicine.(4) Nutrient digestibility in laying hens:the lactic acid bacteria-Monascus Chinese apparent mix additive for laying hens each nutrient digestibility were significantly improved.(5) In terms of storage:lactic acid-a mixed group of additives monascus medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Monascus synbiotic group were positive role in enhancing the egg storage time aspect, but there was no significant difference in coefficient yolk.(6) In the oxidation resistance:lactic acid-a mixed group of additives monascus medicine and traditional Chinese medicine Monascus synbiotic group to improve the oxidation resistance of egg yolk, both have positive effects.The above test results show that the combination of both the production performance of laying hens are improved, Monascus medicine synbiotic combinations can enhance the quality of conventional eggs, and lactic acid bacteria-adding a combination of traditional Chinese medicine Monascus mix egg storage time and antioxidant activity of more help.
