With the support of national policy for the development of rural areas,agricultural development has been a historic breakthrough.In order to make science and technology better serve rural development,the state is investing a large amount of manpower,material resources and financial resources to support the transformation of rural industries,vigorously develop smart agriculture,alleviate the shortage of rural labor force,improve the utilization rate of water resources and crop harvest rate,and promote the development of agriculture to intelligent and high-tech direction.According to the rural all-round and intelligent agricultural development strategy,In this paper,the research object of intelligent agricultural irrigation is carried out based on the Internet of things technology,combined with the current mobile 4G communication technology,designed a set of small pump station control system based on OneNET cloud platform,and in rugao integrated intelligent pumping station construction has been appliedThis paper mainly studies the hardware and software design of the control system of small pump station based on OneNET cloud platform.Based on the current development status of small pump stations and the application of Internet of things technology,this paper analyzes the characteristics of four existing mobile communication technologies,and selects mobile 4G communication technology as the communication mode of data transmission and distribution of control system.In the hardware part,STM32F103ZET6,a low power consumption and high performance single chip microcomputer developed by ARM company,is used as the core CPU.The peripheral circuit consists of 4G communication module power supply circuit and relay control circuit,etc.The peripheral circuit also includes:power circuit,crystal oscillator circuit,reset circuit,sensor acquisition circuit and pump station room control circuit.Considering the following functional requirements,the hardware design keeps the expandable part,which can save the cost and facilitate the later upgrade.The software part makes full use of STM32F103ZET6 internal resources and peripheral circuits,integrates the functions of data collection,storage and distribution,and also gives consideration to the development of Lua script for data analysis of OneNET cloud platform.Lua script converts the data transmitted by sensors into JSON format and stores it on OneNET cloud platform.Finally,the software design is MATLAB SIMULINK module to establish a constant pressure water supply system motor speed simulation model,through the comparison of PID control and fuzzy PID control effect,select fuzzy PID control to achieve the stability of constant pressure water supply.The control system of small pump station based on OneNET cloud platform realizes the functions of data acquisition,communication connection,remote control,constant pressure water supply and irrigation of small pump station.Finally research and design of the control system equipment in rugao rural pump station construction has been applied to achieve remote monitoring and control functions.The design of intelligent pump station control system involves a wide range of knowledge.The application of new scientific means makes the control of small pump station more humanized and intelligent,which greatly reduces the cost of daily manual maintenance.The control system designed and developed in this study has a high expansion space and platform data security guarantee.Combined with the characteristics of fast transmission speed and large capacity of 4G communication technology,it provides technical support for future upgrading and transformation.
