HuSheep is a world-renowned breed of multiple sheep.Previous studies have shown that the BMPR-IB gene is closely related to the ovulation number and high fertility of sheep. The FecB gene is formed by a single nucleotide mutation?A746G?in the coding region of the BMPR-IB gene on chromosome 6.In order to explore the genetic basis of polyploidy in Hu sheep, this study uses PCR-RFLP technology to analyze the genetic effects of Hu sheep population, and the Hu sheep population with FecB homozygous dominant gene BB in Hu sheep?this group is named in this article? It is a Matou HuSheep)and a B+heterozygous HuSheep population?this population is named ordinary HuSheep?for comparative analysis of growth development. The study of the relationship between FecB gene and the multiple fetal traits of Hu sheep provides a reference for revealing the mechanism of high multiple fetuses in Hu sheep. The findings are as follows:1.Genetic effects of FecB gene in multiple populations of Hu sheep sheep in the populationBlood samples were collected from 48 lake-producing sheep, and the SNPs of mutant and wild-type individuals were tested. The study found that Hu sheep is a highly homozygous FecB?BMPR-IB mutation?gene. The BB frequency of the FecB gene in the test population was 98%.No wild-type?++?individuals were found. The high-yielding Hu sheep were pure FecB gene.?BB?individuals.Studies have shown that this gene mutation can be used for early selection of high-yield individuals in Hu sheep.2.Comparison of Ma Tauhu sheep and common growth performanceThrough the molecular means of FecB gene, the core group of Husheep in the eco-farming farm of Huzhou City was tested, and the core population of FecB was screened. The pure-type Ma Tauhu sheep was cultivated in combination with the body type, and the"Ma Tau Hu sheep"and the ordinary HuSheep rams and ewes were Body weight, body length, body height, chest circumference, tube circumference, and testis circumference and ewes reproductive performance of the rams were compared with those of ordinary HuSheep. The results showed that the FecB gene was used as a genetic marker.Genes, combined with phenotypic selection, can be used to cultivate new lines of Husheep, which has produced new characteristics of Husheep, and also provides reference for line breeding in local mutton sheep breeds.3.Exploring the maternal advantage of Duhu F1 hybrid eweTaking Duobo ram as the male parent, the ewes, the purebred mutton sheep, the purebred puppies and the purebred puppies of Duhu were used for natural estrus breeding, and the number of litters, birth weight, weaning weight, etc.were tested.Performance differences, and 10 lambs from each group of 6-month-old offspring were slaughtered?half male and female?.The results showed that the Duhu F1 hybrid ewes were significantly higher?P<0.05?than the purebred Dubo sheep, and there was no significant difference?P>0.05?.The Duhu F1 was the female offspring lamb. The weight of newborns and weaning were extremely significant?P<0.01?,which was higher than that of pure Hu sheep, which was significantly?P<0.01?lower than that of purebred Dubo sheep;Duhu F1 hybrid ewe lambs 6 months old lamb weight and height The weight of cockroaches was extremely significant?P<0.01?,which was higher than that of purebred HuSheep, and there was no significant difference?P>0.05?.The chest circumference was significantly higher?P<0.05?than that of purebred HuSheep. There was no significant difference in sheep?P>0.05?;the slaughter rate of Duhu F1 hybrid ewe lambs at 6 months was significantly higher?P<0.05?than that of purebred HuSheep,significantly?P<0.05?lower than purebred Dubo sheep, net The meat rate was significantly higher?P<0.05?than that of purebred HuSheep, and there was no significant difference with purebred Dubo sheep?P>0.05?.The results provide a basis for making full use of the maternal heterosis of Duhu F1 hybrid ewes.
