Nitrogen Requirement Analysis And Yellowing Correction Treatment For Orchard Construction With Different Apple Rootstock-scion Combinations

Abstract/Summary:
The combination of rootstock and scion varieties can ensure the adaptability,variety purity and economic benefits of fruit trees.’Qingzhen1’and’Qingzhen2’have broad development prospects due to their neat and consistent characteristics,well-developed roots,strong solid soil,obvious dwarfization effect,early harvest and strong resistance to stress after grafting.Nitrogen fertilizer is the key to promote the growth and early formation of young trees.The previous investigation found that there was a problem of scientific application of nitrogen fertilizer after the establishment of the apple garden.Meanwhile,due to the increasing salinization of the soil,the problem of iron deficiency and yellowing of fruit trees was also associated with the establishment of the apple garden.In order to understand the effect of’Qingzhen1’and’Qingzhen2’on garden construction,the experiment was carried out based on the nitrogen fertilizer application amount of different anvil ears and the problem of correcting yellowing in production.In 2019,two single-factor tests of nitrogen fertilizer and iron preparation were carried out in orchards in zhangqiu district,jinan city,shandong province,all are based on 4 kinds of green anvil ear combination as the material,they are Malus domestica’Yanfu6’/’Qingzhen2’(Y6/Q2)、Malus domestica’Weinasihuangjin’/’Qingzhen2’(W/Q2)、Malus domestica’Ruixue’/’Qingzhen1’(R/Q1)、’Eai’/’Qingzhen1’(E/Q1).To investigate the effects of appropriate application of nitrogen fertilizer and different iron preparations on the treatment of apple tree chlorosis in sapling stage of different combinations of scion and anvil,the results were as follows:Nitrogen fertilizer trials:Four supply levels of 0,50,75,100 g/plant(CK,N1,N2,N3)were set with urea as nitrogen fertilizer to study the effect of nitrogen application on plant growth and rhizosphere soil.The results showed that the nitrogen application significantly affected the plant height,trunk thickness and top branch length of apple saplings,leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,leaf dry fresh ratio,leaf total nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen contents,and had different effects on different anvil ear combinations.All the indexes of R/Q1increased with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application,and reached the maximum value under N3 treatment.Except for the top branch length,other indexes of Y6/Q2,W/Q2 all showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application amount,and reached the maximum under N2 treatment.Determination of soil indicators index change under different nitrogen treatment,the results show that the soil under N2 treatment hydrolytic enzymes(FDA)urea enzyme activity(Urease)mass fraction of organic matter(SOM)content of fungi,bacteria,actinomyces are maximum,alkali-hydro nitrogen,rapidly-available potassium content and effective phosphorus content is increased with the increase of amount of nitrogen fertilizer into the rise.According to the comprehensive results,the appropriate nitrogen fertilizer amount of R/Q1 and E/Q1 is 100g/plant,and the appropriate nitrogen fertilizer amount of Y6/Q2 and W/Q2 is 75 g/plantTest of iron preparation for treatment of xanthosis:To investigate the effect of five iron preparations treated with CK(Clean water),T1(0.3%FeSO4),T2(0.3%FeSO4+0.3%Urea),T3(0.3%FeSO4+0.3%AA),T4(0.3%EDTA-Fe)on the treatment of iron deficiency in different combinations of anvl and panicle.The test results showed that:the xanthosis index and the intercellular CO2 concentration of each anvil ear combination were significantly reduced after iron preparation treatment.The SPAD value,content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b,total iron and active iron content in fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm,Fv/Fm,qP,ΦPSⅡ)and photosynthetic parameters considerably increase(Gs,Pn,Tr),of which the most significant effect of etiolated T4 correction,followed by T3>T2>T1>CK.
