At present,there are few reports on the design of green fertilizer Vicia villosa joint harvester in China,this paper introduces the growth characteristics and planting status of Vicia villosa with orchard green manure,at the same time,combined with the current mechanical harvesting of Vicia villosa and the traditional manual harvesting,which has the disadvantages of high loss,low efficiency and high cost,developed and designed a needle Vicia villosa joint harvesting machinery,mainly do the following:(1)Tensile and shear tests were conducted on the stems of Vicia villosa plants by universal testing machine,the tensile load of Vicia villosa stalk 21.76~53.92 N,the shear load was45.86~73.59 N,and the elastic modulus was 145.10~178.29 MPa,this data provides the theoretical parameter basis for the optimal design of the joint harvester.Through the response surface optimization analysis indicates that the primary and secondary factors affecting Vicia villosa seeds most vigorously in turn to the diameter of the hair Chinese trumpet creeper,moisture content and load speed.Through the single factor test on diameter,the mean maximum power of Vicia villosa was 124.23 N,moreover,the best combination of Vicia villosa seeds can be obtained through experimental analysis,with a diameter of about 4 mm,a moisture content of about 5%,and a loading speed of 10 mm/min,when the maximum force is 172.87 N.This kind of data is reliable and practical,and provides the theoretical parameter basis for the working parameter design of mechanical sowing and seed harvesting machinery.(2)By introducing the design requirements of the Vicia villosa harvester,the analysis of its function provides the basis for the design of the combine harvester,and from this determined the Vicia villosa combine harvester structure design and the design scheme of each component,and Vicia villosa united harvest machine was introduced in detail the working principle of the hair Chinese trumpet creeper harvester design parameter is determined.Moreover,the software of Solid Works was used to design the reaping device,threshing system and other key components in an innovative way.The schematic diagram of the driving system was drawn to introduce the working principle,the basic transmission ratio of the key components of the Vicia villosa harvester was determined,which provided a theoretical basis for the preliminary design of the Vicia villosa harvester and the design of key components.(3)Using ANSYS software to conduct finite element modal analysis on the disk cutter,it can be known that the most vulnerable part to damage and deformation is around the disk blade,the natural frequency range of the disc cutter is 112.1~246.2 Hz;through the finite element modal analysis of the cutter,it can be seen that the most easily deformable part is the front end of the cutter,after analysis,the natural frequency range of the cutter is 167.84~1247.2 Hz,according to the test,the maximum speed of the cutter is 2250 r/min,and the frequency is 37.5 Hz,it is not in the natural frequency of the cutter,so there will be no resonance;through the static analysis of the frame structure,it can be known that the maximum displacement deformation of the frame device is 0.0025 mm,and the maximum stress deformation is 1.3906 MPa less than the yield strength of Q235 steel,so it can be seen that the strength design meets the strength requirements;the analysis of the first 6 modes of the frame structure shows that the second beam is prone to deformation,and the maximum frequency for the frame structure is the engine speed,The maximum rated speed of the engine is 2800 r/min,and the frequency of 46.67 Hz is still far less than the natural frequencyof the first frame.(4)The assembly technology and process of the whole prototype and the key components of t he whole prototype are introduced,it mainly consists of a threshing device,a cutting table device,the processing process and technology of each part are introduced in detail,and idling performance test was carried out on the overall prototype.And the overall prototype and the performance of eac h component testing,after testing,this prototype meets the requirements of harvest design.
