Porcinereproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),also known as blue ear disease,is an acute highly pathogenic infection of pigs caused by porcinereproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).Pigs of all ages, breeds, and sexes can be infected, and pregnant sows and piglets within one month of age are the most susceptible.Once infected, the pigs will be infected for a long time and it will be difficult to eliminate, which will bring huge economic losses to China and the world. In order to timely and effectively understand the status of compulsory immunization of pig blue ear disease in Aksu region,Xinjiang, and to grasp the PRRSV infection status of pigs, this study used serological ELISA and pathogen RT-PCR detection methods to monitor PRRSV serology and etiology in some large-scale pig farms in Aksu,Xinjiang, and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome in this area.During the period of 2018-2019,aksu prefecture of xinjiang agricultural division three, five, seven and nine regiments,14 regiment, uch turpan, aksu city JianHua field seven large-scale farms acquisition by the PRRS compulsory immunization pigs blood samples of 1627 copies of pigs for multiparity sows,in pursuance of the gilt, conservation pigs, piglets and boars five pigs in different growth stage, the serological ELISA method to detect PRRS antibody levels. The results showed that 1,419 of the 1627 whole blood samples met the standard, and the total antibody protection rate was 87.2%.In 2018,429 samples met the standard, and the antibody positive rate was 83.8%.In 2019,990 samples met the standard, and the antibody positive rate was 88.8%.From the perspective of different large-scale pig farms, field B and field D had the best antibody protection level, with the antibody positive rate of more than 85% in 2018 and2019,and the most stable immune level, with the dispersion of less than 30%.The antibody protection level of field C in 2018 and 2019 was the lowest,80.8% and 83.8%,and the dispersion degree was 52.5% and43.8%.Will seven large-scale pig farms from 2018 to 2019,a total of 1627 blood samples according to the multiparity sow,the gilt, conservation pigs, piglets and boars five pigs in different growth stages were analyzed, and the results showed that five pigs antibody levels in different growth stage have differences, among them, the average rate of positive of antibody of higher is boar and multiparity sows,90.6% and88.9% respectively, the average divergence were 31.6% and 33.9% respectively; However, the average antibody positive rate of the preserved pigs and piglets was relatively low(81.6% and 86.1%,respectively),and the dispersion was relatively high(40.2% and 36.3%,respectively).A total of 223 whole blood samples were randomly selected from 1,115 whole blood samples collected in aksu region of xinjiang in 2019 and mixed with 5 in 1(or 6 in 1)for RT-PCR detection.According to the test results,23 organs and tissues of pigs suspected of PRRSV disease, including lungs and lymph nodes, were collected from pig farms, and total RNA was extracted for pathogen detection. The results showed that 4 farms A,B,D and E were not infected with PRRSV,and 3 farms C,F and G were infected with PRRSV to different degrees.Among them, the highest detection rate of suspected diseased materials was pig farm C,the detection rate of pathogen was 70.0%,followed by field F,the detection rate was 66.7%,and the lowest was pig farm G,the detection rate was 42.9%.The serological test showed that in 2018 and 2019,the antibody level of some large-scale farms in aksu region was relatively high, reaching the level of the national animal epidemic compulsory immunizationplan, and showing an increasing trend year by year. However, the results of pathogen detection in 2019 showed that three large-scale pig farms were infected with different degrees of PRRSV,which required paid more attention from all farms.
