In recent years,China's chicken industry has been developing continuously,the scale and intensification of laying hens breeding have been strengthened.The type of closed coop and the technique of layering are widely promoted and used.The type of closed hen house is free from the interference of the outside environment,but the environmental problems exposed in the house are still emerging due to the high density of laying hens,which seriously affects the health level and production performance of laying hens.In this paper,based on the characteristics of closed cage layer house,the relationship between environmental factors in the chicken house on the production of layers was modeled and the optimization of environmental parameters was studied,so as to clarify the relationship between environmental factors in the chicken house and the production of layers,and then to provide guidance for the environmental parameter control standards of the chicken house.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)To explore the henhouse environment factor and the relation of the laying hens production,this article selects the henhouse main environmental impact factors of temperature,humidity,wind speed,carbon dioxide,ammonia and light as the independent variables,the main production egg production and intake as the dependent variable,due to its complex nonlinear relationship between,ELM algorithm was used to construct the relationship between environmental factors influence on laying hens production model,and by using the AGA algorithm ELM to optimize the initial weights and threshold and to enhance the ELM network performance.(2)The use of winter closed shear layers are measured data to build the AGA-ELM model and the relationship between environmental factors influence on laying hens production,and the effect of the ELM model,GA-ELM model are compared,the results show that AGA-ELM model of high prediction precision and generalization ability is strong,predicted results can be found laying hens trend of actual production,and can be used as the basis of further calculate idealized laying hens production environment parameter model research.(3)Taking egg production and food intake as the optimization objectives,two targets were converted into a single target by weighting method,and AGA algorithm was used to determine the optimal combination of environmental parameters of the chicken house:temperature is 21?,humidity is 55%,wind speed is 0.4m/s,carbon dioxide concentration is 1542mg/m3,ammonia concentration is 2mg/m3 and light intensity is 251x.Draw out the various environmental factors and the egg production target,feed intake,the relationship between comprehensive target curve,through comprehensive analysis of the curve changes,to test the henhouse environment parameter control standard put forward the following Suggestions:recommended temperature control between 16??21?,humidity suggest controlled between 50%?65%,wind speed suggested control in 0.2m/s?0.6m/s,carbon dioxide concentrations suggest control below 3500 mg/m3,ammonia concentration suggested control under 10mg/m3,light intensity suggested control in 101x?501x.
