The construction of water conservancy project is characterized by long time limit and large amount of investment.During the construction of the project requires a lot of construction personnel to participate in the project,construction of different phases of the need to staff the type and amount of different,sometimes even need the coordination between various personnel,due to the deployment of personnel and flow for efficient development of not only affect the project and also related to the artificial cost control,thus affecting the project progress and cost control.Due to the different nature of sub-projects and personnel requirements,the experience and proficiency of construction personnel or teams in each sub-project are also quite different.To some extent,the configuration of construction personnel or teams has become an important factor affecting the duration,cost and efficiency.So at first,this paper puts forward the personal experience in the construction process and the team concept and calculation formula of experience value,set up considering work experience and balanced construction personnel configuration model,designed the optimization variables of genetic coding structure,the improvement of non dominated sorting genetic algorithm NSGA-? to solve the optimization model.The main contents are as follows:(1)in the process of scientific and rational analysis of the water conservancy project construction,the necessity of construction personnel to adjust,analysis the present situation of water conservancy engineering personnel scheduling optimization and characteristics,and in some cases,the construction period,construction cost and personnel work time to balance these three factors and the relationship between the construction personnel experience value,for the subsequent construction personnel allocation optimization model provides the basis;(2)in view of the construction personnel is a multi-objective optimization configuration,the characteristics of constraint optimization problems,comparison and analysis of the applicability of the commonly used intelligent optimization method,is adopted in this paper and the algorithm of non dominated sorting genetic NSGA-?expatiates on the basic principle and method of improvement;(3)construction personnel allocation optimization model is set up,in the construction period,construction personnel costs,working time balance three aspects as the optimization goal,the genetic code of structure design optimization variables and constraints,and for the study of multi-objective constraint problem to improve the non dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-?,to solve the optimization model;(4)taking an example of an auxiliary dam project of a reservoir,the optimal configuration of the construction team was carried out,and the optimization of the construction period and the balanced operation of the team was realized.The comparison results between the optimized scheme and the original construction scheme verified the rationality and scientificity of the model and method.
