Forest land resources are the most important ecological resources on earth and the most important management foundation for forestry development.Strengthening forest land management has an important impact on sustainable forest development and maintenance of the ecological environment.Geographical grades(the contribution of topography and traffic conditions to the operation efficiency of afforestation, logging, skidding, transportation, etc.)are of great significance for small-scale afforestation and harvesting cost estimation. In this paper, the small class unit is used as the research scale, without considering the site quality of the forest itself, specific afforestation labor costs, etc.,through questionnaire surveys and expert scoring methods, using slope, elevation, accessibility and road transport distance as The main influencing factors that affect the geography grade;use Arc Gis 10.2 to carry out the spatial analysis of the woodland, obtain the thematic data of the slope, elevation, accessibility and transportation distance of the woodland, and classify it;on this basis, use the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation of the land grade System, ascertain the influence weights of the four factors and the combined weights of different factors and combinations of different levels, use the equivalence method to divide the forest land land grade;further use the questionnaire survey to obtain the actual afforestation cost in different regions, and use multiple linear regression analysis to construct the forest land The small-class operating cost model finally applied this method to Xitian Forest Farm in Xiuning County,Huangshan City,Anhui Province.Through the research in this paper,a method of quantifying forest land land grades using spatial analysis and analytic hierarchy process is proposed, which expands the application scope of land land grades and can provide a scientific basis for the cost-benefit accounting of afforestation. The specific research results are as follows:(1)Through research and analysis of afforestation and logging in the process of forest land construction, combined with expert opinions, the evaluation factors that have a greater impact on the land land grade are selected as slope, elevation, accessibility and road transportation distance. The analysis method(AHP)obtained weight values of 0.565,0.1175,0.2622,and 0.0553,respectively.The weights are in order of slope> accessibility>elevation> road transportation distance.(2)Through the construction of the forest land land grade evaluation system, the evaluation factors are further refined at the index level, combined with the analysis resultsof the actual terrain data of the forest land and the weight value of each index by AHP analysis.Slope factor is divided into flat slope(0?5°),gentle slope(6?15°),steep slope(16?25°),slope(26?35°),acute slope(36?45°),dangerous slope(45?90°),the weight values are 0.0301,0.0432,0.0645,0.1323,0.2558,0.4741;the elevation factor is divided into 0?200m,200?300m,300?400m,400?500m,500?600m,600?700m,700?800m,800?900m,> 900 m,the weight values are 0.0183,0.0247,0.035,0.0507,0.0739,0.1075,0.1555,0.2223,0.3121;the accessibility factor is graded 0?200m,200?400m,400?600m,60?800m,800?1000m,1000?1200m,> 1200 m,weight values are0.0261,0.0369,0.0547,0.0823,0.1229,0.2413,0.4357;road transportation distance factor classification is 0?2km,2?4km,4?6km,6?10km,> 10 km,the weight values are0.0333,0.0634,0.129,0.2615,0.5128;(3)The calculation formula of the comprehensive evaluation value of the forest land land grades obtained by combining the forest land spatial analysis and analytic hierarchy process is: V = 0.565×?Aa + 0.2622×?Bb + 0.1175×?Cc + 0.0553×?Dd.By grading 392 woodlands in Xitian Forest Farm, the results showed that: 150 first-grade woodlands, accounting for 38.27% of the forest land;193 second-grade woodlands, accounting for 49.23% of the forestlands;37 third-grade woodlands, accounting for 9.44%of the forestsland; There were 9 fourth-grade woodlands, accounting for 2.30% of the forestlands, and 3 fifth-grade woodlands, accounting for 0.77% of the forestlands.Comprehensive analysis shows that the forest land in Xitian Forest Farm is basically at a medium level,an the difficulty of Woodland Management and construction is moderate.(4)Conduct a questionnaire survey on the impact of different evaluation factors on the operating costs of small-scale forest land.Analyze and integrate the survey data, and use multiple linear regression analysis to obtain the forestry small-class management cost model: Y=1137.129+2.794 ? 1+0.226 ? 2+0.112 ? 3+0.04 ? 4,and the average cost difference of different forest land grades is 62.05,Combining the assessment results of forest land land grades and the forest land small-class management cost model respectively, forestation recommendations and subsidy standards for different grades of forest land can be given separately to protect and use forest land more scientifically and effectively, strengthen the efficiency of forestry economic management, and implement forest resources sustainable development.
