Studies have shown that the aluminum tolerance of tea trees is not only related to itsown special physiological habits,but also has a close relationship with its endogenous microorganisms.Aluminum-resistant endophytes isolated from the roots of tea plants and their characteristics were studied.To study the aluminum tolerance and characteristics of microorganisms and the synergy of microorganisms in other plants.In our country,acid soil is one of the restrictive factors of my country's agricultural development.Under acidic conditions,aluminum poisoning is a key issue that restricts the growth of crops.Therefore,studying the mechanism of microbial aluminum tolerance can provide a new research perspective for plant aluminum tolerance.1.Screening of suitable medium for endogenous bacteria and identification of aluminum tolerancePenicillium decumbens screened and isolated in the laboratory were cultured with GM,PDA,and LB medium,respectively,and the addition of 1 mmol/L,10 mmol/L,50 mmol/L without aluminum salts Culture under aluminum salt conditions,record the growth curve and p H changes,and select the appropriate medium.The identification of microbial aluminum resistance in a suitable medium.2.Study on the aluminum resistance of penicilliumPenicillium was cultured with different concentrations of aluminum salt medium,and microwave digestion was carried out after 7 days to determine the aluminum retention rate inside and outside the cell.With the increase of the concentration of extracellular aluminum ion,the change of intracellular aluminum ion concentration was not obvious It is speculated that it may be actively transported inside the cell or increase the thickness of the cell wall to resist the destruction of the body by high concentrations of aluminum ions.3.Synergistic aluminum resistance of penicillium to plantsAfter planting wheat and tea as materials,they were divided into four groups:control group,Al3+ group,Penicillium group,Al3+ Penicillium group.After 7 days,its physiological and biochemical indicators?PPO?polyphenol oxidase?,CAT?catalase?,POD?peroxidase?,MDA?malondialdehyde?,chlorophyll,DPPH?free radical scavenging ability?Etc.?.The experiment showed that the growth of wheat with 10 mmo/L Al3+ was significantly inhibited,the tea plant had no obvious phenomenon,and the enzyme activity increased under stress.When the Al3+ and Penicillium groups were added,the enzyme activity increased less,indicating that Penicillium can effectively reduce the enzyme activity in the plant,which has a certain mitigating effect on the plant's impact on aluminum stress.
