Research On Construction Optimization Of Pingdingshan Agricultural Green Development Pilot Zone

The establishment of agricultural green development pilot zone is an important measure to promote agricultural green development in various regions in China.Pingdingshan agricultural green development pilot zone,as one of the first batch of national agricultural green development pilot zones,has made great innovations in industrial model,operation mechanism and other aspects since its successful selection in 2017,but some problems have also been found in the early stage of construction.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the theory of ecological agriculture and xi jinping thought on ecological civilization,this paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,investigation and research,and exploratory factor analysis,and takes the pingdingshan agricultural green development pilot zone as the research object to conduct in-depth research and analysis.First,make use of the information platform of from pingdingshan green agriculture development area,statistical yearbook,pingdingshan bureau of agriculture and rural areas,henan statistical yearbook data from calendar year,data and field survey data,from agricultural production,agricultural resources,agricultural environment,agricultural ecology and five aspects: the status quo of the development of farmers’ life,it is concluded that agricultural production is high quality,agricultural resources are rich,the agricultural environment is suitable for planting,good agricultural ecological environment and farmers’ life is increasing day by day;Secondly,in the research area in pingdingshan green agricultural development on the basis of the status quo,through in-depth analysis,pingdingshan green agriculture development area in agricultural management personnel levels not neat,irrigation and water conservancy infrastructure is weak,the management team level to be insufficient,agricultural products brand influence,the problem of agricultural science and technology innovation ability is not strong;And then,on the basis of above analysis,based on the survey data,using exploratory factor analysis refining effect factors of the construction of the area in pingdingshan greenagriculture development,the results showed that the factors influencing the pingdingshan green agriculture development area in construction of the top design,the construction of government dysfunction,the recognition of three factors,the conclusions are: perfect the top-level design can escort way for pingdingshan green agricultural development zone construction,construction barriers hinder the pingdingshan agricultural the development process of green development first,the higher the mass recognition,the enthusiasm of the construction of the frame for pingdingshan green agriculture development area is higher,the stronger the participation.Finally,based on the analysis of the above research,combining green development area in our country agricultural development goals,from science to the top design,perfecting the policy system construction,the government to improve the system of multiple management four aspects,and tries to build up a good development environment,adjust measures to local conditions for green development advance the development of agriculture in pingdingshan.
