According to the data,China is the world's largest vegetable producer and consumer.As of 2017,China's vegetable planting area reached 303 million mu and the output was 810 million tons.Seedling transplanting has the advantage of increasing yield and improving quality for planting.In order to meet the requirements of high-speed transplanting,this paper proposes a rotary planetary gear planting mechanism,and designs,virtual simulations and tests the physical prototype of the planting mechanism.The specific research content and main results of this article are as follows:(1)The literature was analyzed to analyze the characteristics of the existing transplanting machine,and the working characteristics of the planting mechanism were analyzed.The design requirements of the transmission components and planting components of the planting mechanism were put forward,the overall design scheme of the planting mechanism was determined,and the kinematics model of the planting mechanism was established according to the design scheme.(2)Based on the kinematics model of seedling planting mechanism,Visual Basic 6.0 software was used to develop the visual computer aided design software of seedling planting mechanism..Use this software to get the motion trajectory of the planting mechanism under different parameters and analyze and compare it to get a set of better planting trajectories that meet the agronomic requirements(3)According to the optimization parameters,the seedling mechanism is structurally designed and a virtual prototype is built,and the virtual prototype of the planting mechanism is simulated and analyzed.The obtained simulation analysis trajectory is compared with the theoretically calculated trajectory to verify the correctness of the mechanism design.(4)A seedling collecting mechanism supporting the seedling planting mechanism of this paper is selected,and a dry land plug seedling transplanting test bench is designed according to the existing rounding soil trough(5)Prototype trials were carried out on the test bench and the planting mechanism,and the rounding soil trough of the test bench and the research group was used to conduct a joint test on the planting mechanism.When the plant spacing is set at 30 cm and the motor speed is 40 rpm,the success rate of seedlings was 99%,and the success rate of planting was 91%,The average plant spacing was 30.3cm,verified the correctness of the design of the planting mechanism.
